My tires are rubbing on bds upper control arms with 275/55/20... the dealership installed it but didn't weld on the steering stop blade... were they supposed to weld the steering stop blades on? Truck is 2014 Silverado 1500. Help please.

These arms allow for an additional 2” travel over the stock UCAs. That said, depending on your current setup there may be other suspension components acting as the limiting factor to achieve the full 2” of extra travel.

these are not designed for use on a stock F150 due to the indexed ball joint cup. They are intended for use on leveled/lifted configurations for the F150

Not yet! But we are looking into a specific control arm for the stamped steel and aluminum suspension trucks.

Will these UCA’s increase ride quality when using the BDS 2.5” leveling kit? On a 2019 F-150

Yes and No Bill... the UCAs won't change the effective spring rate or strut damping so in that sense it won't change the ride quality. Where you will see the ride quality improvement is with cycling the suspension. Any leveling kit is designed to work with the factory suspension mounting points and what often happens is the upper ball joint becomes the limiting factor for down travel which can cause a harsh ride at times. These UCAs allow for more suspension down travel so the suspension can have more range of motion.

According to your customer service representative I spoke with on the phone this morning these upper control arms do not work with the factory rims.WTF..... BDS and fox claim to be the leader and suspension technology. If that is the case why have you not developed upper control arms that will fit with factory rims. Some of us have a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit with bigger tires and factory rims so what are we supposed to do? stick with a shitty OEM upper control arm?
