I had a friend who lived in Maui for 14 years and recently moved back to Austin. He told me about the beautiful scenery, crazy drivers and other things such as how y'all have all these added expenses on new vehicles due to the shipping, etc. Y'all guys are lucky because you don't have far to go for beautiful beaches and ocean view. I live in Houston and won't step foot in the water in Galveston because how nasty looking the water is due to the ship channel

I put a Motofab 3/2 level kit on my 07 Silverado. Loved the height but the preload on the struts is ridiculous! I ordered the RC uppers and it's better but I think the next move is to replace the front struts with the RC 3.5" lifts struts. They're taller so I can remove the lift spacers and have a normal ride back but still remain leveled.

I'm glad you finally got those upgraded control arms on. The ride looks a lot better. I do alignments here in Fort Wayne Indiana and work on these trucks every day. Anything above a 2inch level requires new upper arms for safety. Keep up with the videos, I love watching your channel.

You could have changed the knuckles which would give you a much better ride plus your suspension would have the full range of travel. I did the same thing on my truck and the difference was better than how it feels with just the upper control arms. You may want to set up your camera and see how it moves. You'll be surprised.

Your knuckles would’ve been a better alignment for all your components is what I’m finding right now I have those control arms. I have the 3 1/2 rough country lift, and the more research I find the more I wish I would’ve just left the old upper control arms, and went with the knuckle lift. Really great video though, but you should look into the knuckles. It will put your tire rods in a better alignment and also your axle shaft but again really great video.

that bumpy twitchy shit i still have on my 12 burb, i got the 3.5 lift with the extended struts and UCAs, it might just be the struts that suck, the ones i took off had see better days... ever since i put them on it has followed lines in the road and had real bad bump steer... im also switching out the bushings to poly to see if it helps... if anyone cares i have a 12 burb, 295/55-20 (32.8x11.6), 3.5 rc lift, adj track bar in the rear, 1.5 wheel spacers because the tires rub the UCAs. i have replaced both LCAs, both outer tie rods (will replace again when i do the bushings) and the damn water buffalo is still all over the place

You can fit 35s with cutting and trimming with a close to 0 offset or slightly positive offset on your wheels with a simple 2" level kit in front only. Nice one Braddah 🤙🏽. Where you got your alignment done? I’m out in Waianae. Putting this on my 2015 Silverado probably next week.
