    3:19 Looks more like a 26 ton lorry, 18's have 2 axles.

Hahahaha. Do you know something??? You could well be right! I spent a fair bit of time trying to find images of the specific lorries I wanted to show. I carried out "Google searches" but found that often the images displayed didn't seem to be a perfect match for my expectations. Then there's the other problem of potentially breeching the copyright of the owner. I searched though several "Stock footage" platforms but still couldn't find exactly what I wanted. In the end I had to buy some "copyright free" images from I-Stock and they were a bit of a compromise. I thought if I inserted the words "17 Ton Lorry" big enough, nobody would be any the wiser. LOL!!!
I think I may have to get up earlier if I am going to successfully pull the wool over your eyes.
Thanks for your comment and also for taking the time to watch my video. I really appreciate it!
      All the best

Any trailer over 750 kg should have to have over run brakes ! 🤔

That is absolutely correct. It is something I will be covering in an upcoming video about towing a car behind via an A-Frame. There's quite a lot to it and there was already a lot of information about the license situation. So much so it was difficult to avoid creating a feeling of boredom for the viewer which I didn't want to make any worse by piling on more and more information.
Since I moved into the motorhome full time the car has been my constant companion but trust me...things haven't always gone totally smoothly. LOL. I'll be including a few stories in the towing video like when I got stuck on a very steep slope and needed to disconnect the car in order to turn around. Sounds simple enough but the weight of the car on the back prevented me from being able to vacate the drivers seat, hahahaha. Or another time when I was driving along happily, just about to turn slowly into a hairpin bend when I heard through my open drivers window a loud metallic crashing followed by a scraping. "Whatever could that have been I wondered." then the penny dropped and sure enough...I looked at the rear view camera monitor and the car was just a tiny dot in the distance!
I don't know whether you are aware of this or not but the brakes on Beep Beep (my towcar) activate when I brake in the motorhome, just as a trailer over 750kg or a caravan's brakes would.
Thanks again for your comment. All the best!

I thinmk you need to check your audio levels

Hi, thanks for your comment. I really appreciate your feedback. I want to make the best videos I can but I am still a relative beginner. Can you tell me how I could improve them??? What specifically would you change to improve the overall audio quality of the video? Many thanks.

@@johna6004 Your voice over volume was too low could barely hear it, the other audio seemed to be at a good enough volume though.

@UKVampy Thank you sooo much. I really had difficulty with the levels on this video. Often I'm told that things (especially the music) can be too loud. Initially I set the narrative to plus 3 decibels and the music at -30 decibels. I found that I could hardly hear the music in the background while I was talking. This is only the second video that I jave produced that has an audio narrative. All the previous videos simply had the ambient sound playing (wind permitting) while I walked around. I used captions to comment on anything I thought might be of interest and to provide some general information. So I am very much a beginner when it comes to "sound engineering" and in truth it is a huge part of creating a well produced video. Its much more difficult than I initially imagined. When I'm editing on the laptop I have to use headphones because the speaker on the computer isn't very loud. So I wear headphones and I can hear it better. I try to always do this to remove the possibility of further variables. I also use the dame dedicated microphone and ensure that I always re Ord it in the same environment to ensure that the acoustics are consistent from one video to the next. The thing I find most difficult though is that whilst playing it back as I edit I can be happy with the levels 20 or even 30 times and then I'll get to a bit that just doesn't sound right. So I adjust the levels to make that bit sound good. Then...none of the rest of the video matches those volume levels, so I end up adjusting it all to match, and then everything seems either too loud or too quiet. Hahahaha. It can be very frustrating.
Hopefully I will get better at it with more practice.
Can I ask what type of device you watched the video on please? And was it with the naked ear or with headphones?

@@johna6004 Very quiet voiceover for me too, I'm watching/listening on desktop through headphones. I was scrolling random videos and had my volume at number 6 on the windows volume slider. I had to turn it up to 30 on your video

Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it. Your feedback gives me a shot at improving my skills. It's difficult when I am trying to synchronize the audio soundtrack because I can only tell what it sounds like for me through my equipment. I have been worrying that when a viewer clicks on the video they will jump out of their skin and run around in a panic trying to locate their remote control so they can turn it down. From your comments it's becoming clear to me that I can afford to increase the volume on the audio narrative. That is so helpful because once I get that dialled in correctly its just a matter then of ensuring the other audio tracks (eg music, sound effects and any recorded audio from additional clips i've inserted from other sources) are at the correct levels relative to the audio narrative.
I am really grateful for your help. Thanks a lot.
