    I have a 1998 F 800.
It's almost identical to yours but I have a dump bed on it. Nice set up you have.

That is one SWEET setup! I've asked a LOT of the guys around here (West Texas) why they are determined to run the F350's/W3500's for a rig...and it pretty-much boils down to 'everyone else is' and 'I gotta be FAST to get where I need to get'...and I always end up thinking, 'wow...hard miles, going through a truck every year-or-two...get a class 5/6 truck and FORGET ABOUT THE REST!' Don't worry about space, don't worry about rough roads or overloading...carry what you really need without buying a 4500/5500 $100k rig...
Truly the smartest setup you could come up with...so what if you're dropping in a new Cummins every 300k miles...LOT CHEAPER than dropping $100k or more on a new rig that you're pushing to its max all the time!

Thanks I appreciate it, Yeah I can carry all I want and tow anything without hiccups, truck was 3k put 35k on equipment and everything you see on it but sure is a lot cheaper to maintain this than getting a new truck

Is interesting to see how you guys in the US setup your trucks, as in Australia Both mechanical and boilermaking guys use the same setup .....

Never have i ever seen a ford F TRUCK or similar in a weldin truck in OZ.
Ive seen ONE 1990 f250 back in the day as one. That was cool.

That’s one hell of a truck man So you don’t have to pull two bolts out every time I check the oil how about putting two pull pins with Folding clips then you don’t have to take out two boats every time just to check the oil nice rig man

@@notoriousfilms7798 that’s not bad! I’m also running 11x22.5’s on my welding rig but they are the old stud pilot steel Budd wheels. If I end up changing axles out I’ll swap to the newer hub pilots and some Alcoa wheels.
