Great video with clear instructions. I will be installing the same setup and this has been very helpful.
Almost 2 yrs later and I had to rewatch this video again to get a refresher 😂
Haha glad I could help! 😂
Ima get my zl1 soon same year drop more videos bro!
Definitely have a lot more on the way. 😎Thanks for watching!
Hell, with a video like yours, I really have no need to make one. Excellent and thorough. I think their instructions on the paper are confusing especially about the honing and interference fit. Did you heat your assembly in hot water to assemble on your crank? I have about .0025" intereference.
Thanks for the kind words! I agree, the paper instructions were very confusing which is what led me to make the video. I did not heat mine up, however that probably would’ve helped. Believe it or not, I used your crank pulley video to help me with the measurements and how far to tighten the pulley down haha. It’s been about a year since I installed it, but if I remember correctly, there is a difference between the ATI damper hub measurement and the stock pulley measurement according to the Haynes book.
@@fasnuf Sounds good, let me know what you find out from ATI. Fortunately my setup has treated me pretty good so far.
Hey i got one of these for my tbss lol. Good videos brother 😎
Thanks man, means a lot! 😎🤘🏻
I’m getting a blower for my LS3. Is the bigger front pulley for the supercharger?
Thanks for the video👍. Did you use the arp lube or did you use red lock tite on your balancer bolt?
If I remember correctly, I believe I just used the ARP lube. 👍🏻
@@blurayzl1 ok thank you, thats what l used👍
I got the same puller on my CTSV with lingenfelter 2.55 upper one piece 8 rib pulley but they pulleys are not lining up, the belt is riding on edge or lowering and tension pulley tearing my belt up, any solutions anyone?
Does this fit a 2002 Pt cruiser
Did you pin your crank or is it keyed from the factory?
It’s keyed from the factory on the ZL1
What size thread is the bolts used to bolt the lpe pulley to harmonic balancer?
I’m honestly not sure on the size I’m sorry
Did the bolts come with the big supercharger pulley ??
Yes, all the hardware came in this kit.
@@blurayzl1 I got mine from summit just the ati pully then had to order the supercharger crank pulley separately and it didn’t come with the 3 bolts .
@@LSAG-mn4zs It might be different for certain retailers. I ordered mine through my previous tuning shop at the time. And it was sold as one big kit.
is this only for superchargers?
I’d assume the actual ATI damper assembly itself is similar for any setup. But, obviously the Lingenfelter pulley part can be disregarded and doesn’t apply to an N/A engine.
Where can I buy this pulley setup
I bought it through Jannetty Racing. But, I think you can buy this setup at a lot of performance shops.
What is the part number?
How much hp did u gain with just this part ?
I added this along with plenty of other mods. The car put down 615 wheel horsepower.
Helpful video, sub’n now
I put my hub in the freezer for an hour
