I liked that the three separate parts were put into one podcast. It helps one’s understanding of the the depth and breadth of the information on this subject.

I'm hearing the Simpson's episode where Bart is given the drug "focusin", and the marketing rep declares that "the only thing more effective is regular exercise" 🙂

Some Integrative Oncologists are using it with certain cancers. I’d be curious about use of metformin for Advanced organ cancers in disabled patients who cannot exercise.

I love the life style approaches that dr Michael Greger motivate us to do and the optimistic message here is that simple life style changes to a primarily low fat whole plant food and brisk walking at least 20 minutes a day is much more effective than metformin 😀🎵💗🎶🍀💚

Reality can be a harsh master. Small samples and brief drug administrations can be more noise than signal. Ear right, exercise, relax, love your friends…Enjoy without side effects!

I took Metformin and never got over the intestinal upset. :/ Too bad, it did great at controlling my diabetes but at the cost of needing to be next to a bathroom all day.

This is one of those videos where AI condensing it into a concise, one minute synopsis would have been nice

You could look up his topics on nutritionfacts and read the transcripts. The same thing

Becomes ADP or diphosphate which once it gives an electron......
    Becomes monophosphate...
    Or amp,
