    Thank you so much for the work you put into this. As someone with ADHD, I truly appreciated the way you spoke clearly and demonstrated your points immediately afterward, then repeated them clearly again. It cemented the points, making it easier to follow along and process, to learn. Thank you for such a greatd video. It makes me feel empowered to cut a bixie now.

      So basically, you are kinda dumb and need someone to speak slower to you. World doesn't need to accommodate to you. Either you evolve or you are left behind. Someone like you won't get far.

    I DIY'd this on myself and it turned out really cute! This is a really great tutorial and was easy for me to follow. That said: it also takes a lot of time and patience to do correctly if you're not a professional. It's a better use of your time and money to have it done in a salon. So if you do this...make sure you have all the right tools, good lighting and mirrors, and a few hours to spare. To anyone thinking of doing it: I wish you all the best!

    I love this cut. I don't understand why the hair cutting shops I have gone to never do cuts in sections, they just cut big gobs at once and I am never satisfied with the cut I get.

      Because this type of over aggressive sectioning is usually just for training when you're learning how to cut hair. I'm not saying it doesn't get done once you graduate, but it becomes increasingly superfluous if you know what you're doing. What you said is kind of silly. They're not just "grabbing globs," They're using guide lines to cut dynamically by knowing where sections go, and that doesn't mean they're not good. Hairstylists learn over many years where to cut the hair without all the sectioning. Again, I'm not saying sectioning isn't ever done, I know I still do sectioning as necessary. But I literally AM a Redkin trained stylist like this person said for you to find, and I still wouldn't section this cut in exactly the same way.
      When someone like you comes to me and says, "No matter WHO I go to, I never like my haircut!" I usually think it's a YOU problem, not a stylist problem. Because there's no way EVERY SINGLE stylist you've gotten is bad. The odds just aren't in your favor on that one statistically. You either: 1. don't describe what you want well. 2. Don't bring proper reference photos. 3. Don't know what you want and are indecisive about what cut you're going to get when you go leading to a higher probability of not liking it. 4. Have an issue with change so that you think you know what you want, go in and get it, and then are just upset because you don't look like "you" afterward. Or, 5. You're picking haircuts that don't work with your hair type and the stylist is tired of trying to explain that to people so when you come in they just do the cut because it's what you asked for and then you think they "did it wrong" because it doesn't look like the photos but the real reason is because your picked a haircut for someone with a different hair texture and it's not going to look like the photos you like without extensive styling.
      Or heck, you're just the one and only worlds unluckiest and not a single hairstylist anywhere ever that's touched your hair knows what they're doing because they're just "grabbing globs."

      That's because old school cutting is dated to today's hairstylists.
      I'm a hairdresser and I'm old school, I can't cope with this razor cutting and slicing all the weight out of the hair, making it sparce and lifeless...it's great for people with extremely thick hair, but they do it to every type, curly hair being the worst. That style of cutting is not for everyone. A girl's hair should move and not sit like a hat on the head 😂
      Find yourself an old school stylist 😉

    Love this cut and how and where you’ve sectioned everything. However, once I saw the razor come out I shrieked, a razor to my hair is the worst nightmare. I have thick wavy hair and a razor destroys my hair. FRIZZ until it grows completely out🫣 I would love to see this exactly tutorial using just shears, I know it’s more work but those of us with different hair texture simple can not have a razor to the hair. I do see how gentle you are which is amazing, but that’s not how most stylists use the razor, most just slice into the hair and I know, lived through it several times until I found my current stylist. I used to hear my hair being sliced literally that’s how hard the razor was being used. And it took me a long time to say NO because then you feel they get upset and you feel you’re stuck in that chair. I don’t know how much training is actually taught in using a razor explaining which kind of hair it’s suited for a razor and which hair texture is not.

    • @tamarasunina5020

      I just did it on myself with scissors and I'm pretty happy with it. A razor would have made it SO much easier though. I accidentally took a bigger chunk off the back than intended cause I was twisting my arm to get the scissors pointing downwards while trying to hold my hair up at 90° lol

    • @daniellemagee595
      @daniellemagee595 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@tamarasunina5020 I hope this question makes sense but when you cut it with scissors how do you get the gradual cut like she does with the razor? Do you cut at an angle? Also trying to cut it on myself withs scissors heh

    • @tamarasunina5020
      @tamarasunina5020 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@daniellemagee595 when I did it I would hold the piece of hair out and then to cut I would move the scissors up and down the length of the hair section quickly while opening and closing them.
      It's a crazy method but u just gotta visualise the range where you'll be waving the scissors to and from (no higher than the guide)
      Kinda hard to explain😅 but hope that helps and good luck with the haircut!!

    The longer version looks like a 1960's "shag" haircut.

      The razor cuts hair and gives texture all at once! Helps give the cut a “shaggy” look. Razors cut hair like a blade of grass so the ends will be lighter and move better. Hope that helps! 😊
