I am back to say a big thank you for your videos. I listened to quite a number of them as I was preparing to get a big job and move up the ladder. I made sure I was 'foolish' to follow the method you outlined. I trusted the process all through. Though it was a bit of a struggle as I was not used to the method but I made sure I did not do my own thing throughout the one hour 15 minutes interview. I got the job! Hello Richard. How are you? I have got a competency-based interview next week with William Hill betting, which lasts for one hour. I don't think with in that time the interviewer will only be asking me four questions. I suppose they will be showing me around etc. Thanks by the way for your interview videos. Might be silly question, but can you make up your responses or does it have to be an actual time? As sometimes I struggle to remember examples and get flustered!
Ideally, you should use real examples however if you do not have any you should explain to the interviewer what you would do in the situation :)

Q2. This question assesses resilience and time management. Answer by describing a time when external factors threatened a deadline. Hello Richard. How are you? I have got a competency-based interview next week with William Hill betting, which lasts for one hour. I don't think with in that time the interviewer will only be asking me four questions. I suppose they will be showing me around etc. Thanks by the way for your interview videos.
