NO doubt about it, Chum are like freight trains. Love them. Most people don't realize that the Chum Salmon is the second largest Pacific salmon, right after Chinook.

Not in the tail! We had many missed bites from being afraid to set and foul hook them. The current was ripping, no chance at getting them if you did!

Dog fishing is some of my favorite! Up here in Wa., my home river is the Nooksack, and it has EPIC chum runs. 20 plus a day per person isn't uncommon when they're in. Love it! ✌
