I'm one of the people that submitted a ticket with an absurdly high processing size. After much tinkering I noticed that the process stopped increasing once I turned off PhysX, and I havent had the issue at all for days now. It probably is a driver related thing to nvidia.

Sad part about going back ver. of older drivers is if you are only playing Warframe it is great, but when you play multiple games and going back to older ver of a driver would cause problems or leaks themselves then it isn't good at all. some of these tools i knew about outside of the stress test. so cool i suppose.

I just had an idea for a game mode where we command corpus, grineer, or infested troops in RTS style, and then descending to the battlefield like Vader or Skywalker in Battlefront
i tested it and i got like 6gb of ram used when having Geforce Experience now i uninstalled it and its pretty stable ty :D (2gb of ram without Geforce Exp.)
When Warframe runs there is another process called evolution engine (with warframe icon and this ends after I close the game), this is what uses up my memory. Warframe never gets extremely high. I will turn off geforce experience though.
I found it interesting that running corpus.outbreak with everything turned up to max lead to a draw in task manager under 1 gigabyte, meanwhile Glen's seemed to be above 2. In-game memory marker consistently stayed around 500 in comparison to Glen's 550. I would've expected Glen's PC to far outperform mine :S

I would like to see this game in Decima Engine and become an open world sandbox game like Horizon Zero. Technically speaking that means a lot of modifications but a PS5 can handle it easily. Horizon Zero is a game changer in many ways. I hope Warframes becomes open world or provide bigger detailed destructible levels. Now Warframe is one of the best games on any platform. DE please bring me more Raids, fix JV and make them more enjoyable.

The worst part are the clouds of infestation in the air, the orange ones. During Infested salvage, just looking at the middle of the map would drop my frame rate.
Does a 'screen freezes while everything can still do stuff in the background' glitch count as a memory leak? Because I swear it only happens at the most random of times. And, yes, I've submitted bug reports. Did they give me solid answers? No.

Windows Task Manager. Disable programs which run on startup. Reboot. Kill any extraneous processes and run your game. It'll have some bonus resources freed up, and might just run faster.
Already done that unfortunately. And i'm running with the advanced settings set on "Performance" (no extra graphic features of windows). I was talking about programs that runs in background, freeing RAM each minute or something like that. So that more free RAM is available and can be accessed by the game if needed quickly. Sorry i'm not a professionnal ^^'
Unfortunately that's not how hardware works. Your system will have a set amount of RAM depending on how much you have installed. In my case it's 32GB, but most people have around 8GB iirc. Each process you have running uses up a portion of RAM, like an active partition (e.g having a lot of things open like Chrome, Skype, etc etc will slow down your computer a bit.) It's as simple as closing these programs while you play to not have to worry about it. Unless you're talking about something else and I'm just not understanding.
Or you could, y'know, not try to troubleshoot anything and just sit there and watch the battle take place. They drop Juggernauts later on in there, man! It gets crazy!

No offence, but I see now why you guys don't find all the bugs we do. You cannot automate your tests as frequently as you'd like to. You NEED to do both automated test AND extended play-tests using the same or similar variables. There may be 1mill times more players, but we ALWAYS run into bugs. I believe the reason is that the live environment we play in day in and day out has a MUCH greater chance for bugs/memory leaks when things you DIDN'T add as variables for the tests interact. The best work I have seen to this end is Steve's streams. In TWO of those he found problems we have been dealing with for YEARS. This tells me you guys aren't playing your game at all/enough/enough like a player often enough to see the obvious flaws and because you are devs may not always see the forest for the trees. That is what I think.
I mean. The people who actually do work on the game don't play the game outside of their test environs. That's why Steve's been finding stuff. This is effectively the usual plea for a PTR or some other test realm, and the post is pretty much the best and most logical reason to have a PTR. Steve can't do it all, after all. But ever since that update was released, I have since, experience constant connection drops, and the game no longer runs on the mediocre system. I was recently able to 'steal' (bought a computer while it was on sale) a laptop with an i5 processor, and a graphics card capable of running 1080p. Still no dedicated GPU. The game still doesn't run as good as it did for me before Sands Of Inaros. With massive usage of system memory, as well as constant connection drops. Thats why i would recommend 8GB min memory anything over 16GB or higher is best.

I think Infested tilesets are more "busy" since you've got Infestation growing on the ground/walls and it moves.
