I dropped warframe in early 2019 after playing it very frequently for 2 years because I got burnt out and life was getting too busy and haven't returned to it since then but I vividly remember watching videos like this and 100 days of warframe as well as all the guides from channels like mcgamercz. 0:29 when you suddenly remember the Tenno Space Program glitch got removed :( For those who don't know, the Tenno Space Program was a glitch involving the Sonicor where if you built blast damage on it, it would proc Impact and Blast at the same time on enemies it hits causing them to ragdoll extremely far distances. Basically, anything you shot with the Sonicor essentially got launched into orbit. Unfortunately, DE did patch this out some while ago earlier this year or last year.
it wasnt a glitch, that was the bullshit excuse DE used to remove the interaction, blast ragdolls, impact knocks back, if i hit a ragdoll with a strong impact it better be fucking flying, fuck DE for killing sonicor, god forbid we have fun with a fucking gun thats not the monthly cashgrab prime access damage hose. fuck DE, it is the next blizzard, only diference is it took blizzard over two decades of being a good company before they jumped into the "fuck the playerbase, bring on the payerbase", DE keeps the facade still with their quirky and "player inclusive devstream", but the truth is theyre already gone, i feel bad for steve as it shows that this is truly his lifes work, but hes not the head of the company, and thus he cant truly steer it, steve is our captain, warframe is the titanic, greed is the iceberg. to those white knights that will no doubt come in DE defense, actions speak louder than words, at DE they are masters at words, but their actions show their true intentions. every company needs money, and they cant survive without it sure, but when you start shifting your focus from "make a great game" to "draw in a big payerbase" it spells the begining of the end, the thing is when you start making EVERY major update a failed attempt to bring on new players by throwing under the bus long time players, then the end its carved in stone, ask blizzard.

I love it too! There's a bit of nostalgia in the classic heroic vibe it gives. You see the high and mighty villains and how the heroes look so small, but you know the hero is about to mess that guy up. Also the music going "Can you hear them calling?" At both Nef and the Profit Taker adds to that feeling of heroism.

Jay Sun as far as I'm aware, Warframe is one of those weird outliers where the playerbase gradually increases over time. 2018 has been an especially good year for it, what with Fortuna and the excellent Switch port. Not sure where you're getting the impression that it's struggling for numbers - years later, it's only getting bigger and better.
Watching Warframe animations and cinematics always brings tear to the eye, because of all this epic teamplay. And then i remember the real expirience... Warframe can be in 2 stages: Wow, i presed a button and killed entire map... OR Wow, i can`t even deplete this lvl 30 corpus soldier`s shield

I love it too! There's a bit of nostalgia in the classic heroic vibe it gives. You see the high and mighty villains and how the heroes look so small, but you know the hero is about to mess that guy up. Also the music going "Can you hear them calling?" At both Nef and the Profit Taker adds to that feeling of heroism.

It's lost steam lately, that's probably the problem. It's not like fresh soup, more like a reheated one with the new update.
@@jaysun8942 Kinda but I mean in general. I even forgot Warframe was a thing way back when it was first being worked on (only had a ps3) so I didn't pay it much mind. Wasn't until years later I was reminded of it after I finally got a ps4 and I love it. But all you hear now is how meme Fortnite is or if not like Overwatch, it is a failed game or how CoD and BF are in the decline or how Destiny has and forever will screw over its fan base and so on and so forth. Yet games and companies that deserve the spotlight, like DE and Warframe, just bits and pieces. Takes them putting Warframe on a whole new system and entire expansion for them to get decent spotlight for a few DAYS yet Destiny can just keep on ripping people off, nothing new, and get top article. That's what I meant. It's messed up.

Jay Sun as far as I'm aware, Warframe is one of those weird outliers where the playerbase gradually increases over time. 2018 has been an especially good year for it, what with Fortuna and the excellent Switch port. Not sure where you're getting the impression that it's struggling for numbers - years later, it's only getting bigger and better.
