For the drum brakes you don't need to cut the spring, you simply fold a shoe over and you have them off, do the same to mount them, it's easy and you won't bend a spring. If the speedo drive is crusty, open it, clean and regrease, should have a C spring clip on the inside part.
Thanks for the tip! I was using the pliers to unhook the spring, but your way sounds easier! I’ll take a look at the speedo when I get the wheels back and start reassembling them! Thanks!

Would you by chance have diagrams showing how all the nuts and spacers stack on the front and rear axles?
