God, I just want to get the scholarship . I applied for 3 programs got rejected for one got an unconditional offer for one program I am still waiting for the results of the scholarship committee . I really pray it goes through 🥺

I have a question. When writing the LOM, I'm applying to the program straight up. So who am I addressing the letter to? Since I can't use the address of the school that's cordinating the Master program
You don't have to necessarily address the letter to anyone. You can use have a sub-heading to give an overview of the document. (e.g Letter of motivation *underlined* + maybe your name).
Also, you can check through your preferred program's website for specific details on what and how to write the essay.

I would advice you to read through your desired program's admission requirements and then reach out to the program coordinators for more information if need be.
But from my experience the hnd graduates that get in had to do an extra postgraduate degree before they applied.
