The audio cutting out is indeed off-putting. Here's an idea, have a poll maybe on a weekly basis, where the fans decide on a weird sound for the censor, since we're not using bleeps anymore, thanks to TH-cam. Maybe like a baby sound or a dolphin or a cat meowing, something like that.

Being the protagonist in a story doesn't make you the hero, it just means you're them main driving character. Thus, even though he's the monster in the story, he's still the protag.

I feel this was inspired by some of comedian's stories on This Is Not Happening. I've watched a lot of them lately and while some are very funny, some are just comedians telling us about HORRIBLE things they've done to other people without remorse. I kept thinking back to this sketch and wanting to @ them.

Keep in mind that they also release the videos on Dropout, where they don't have to censor. If they were only doing it on youtube and writing things just to censor them out, that would make sense, but this is just what they have to do to have the same videos on both.
I've noticed people side with the story teller in a conversation just because it's socially polite. It reminds me of the Justin Timberlake character from the movie "Bad Teacher". There's that scene where Jason Segel keeps flip flopping his opinion about sharks just to expose Timberlake's character as a sycophant. I always felt like real friends should be able to disagree with you anyway. That doesn't mean they don't have your back. They just shouldn't do it in a way that embarrasses you or that doesn't give you a chance to say your side.

Hey, I would just like to offer some constructive criticism by pointing out 2 issues I noticed in this, that I think really hurt the sketch. 1) Continuity- It seemed like with every new story, the listener's were completely "reset", and didn't recognize it was the same thing happening again. To the viewer (at least in my opinion), this makes it boring because it feels like I'm watching the same thing again. 2) Don't explain the joke- It felt like half the script was just explaining the joke, which kills it. It doesn't feel like it's respecting the audience enough to follow along, especially with "relatable comedy" like this, the audience should get it just by seeing it. And, I think it was really this one that hurt this sketch the most. Thank you that's all.

maybe creators could come up with some alternative sound. It's a battle against AI. It is only time until it learns that the sudden absence of sound is the same as sound spike of the 'bleep' . The sad part is that the type of AI that can do this, called 'Anomaly Detection ' is one of the 'Hello World' type projects anyone getting into AI can whip up.
