    That is so neat to watch the wing starting to flex upwards as the airflow increases enough to creat lift! I could watch that miracle of flight forever and never get bored. Simply awesome! Thanks👍

    Fast 50 Sekunden bis zur Abhebegeschwindigkeit. In der Regel braucht die Boeing 777 max. nur 30 Sekunden um die Startgeschwindigkeit zu erreichen. Nehme an, dass die Startbahn
    sehr lang war und dann drosselt man die Leistung der Turbinen. Hierbei wird dann Treibstoff gespart. Die Boeing 777 ist nebem dem A 350 1000 wohl das beste Flugzeug der Welt.

  • @ryojitokyo3636

    Brennan Henderson, thanks. Channel 9 of audio at your seat in the most of United airline's aircraft (except ex. Continental) is open for passengers to hear Captain's conversation to ATC - therefore, i take this video and put headphone on the camera's microphone - then you can take it. hope you can understand the way to do it.

    • @BFFAvgeek15
      @BFFAvgeek15 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't get it,could you put it in other words?

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Brennan Henderson - thanks - perhaps, my explanation was too complicated.
      OK now, - audio (music or for a movies) services are coming with a pair of headphone on each seat when you sit on the seat for any of those commercial airplane for longer haul - right?
      United airline offers a specific channel (usually channel 9) which you can monitor the conversation between the Captain and ATC in their such audio services. unfortunately this service is not given in a ex. continental airline's aircraft but ex. United airlines.
      i connected headpnone to such audio channel and put one to the microphone of video camera and record the cabin view of takeoff -
      hope now you can understood.
      regards

    • @BFFAvgeek15
      @BFFAvgeek15 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Now I get it,and what how many long haul aircraft can let you do this?,What kind speceficly.

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Brennan Henderson well, i have 3 different experience - 757, 747 and 777 - but No ATC channel on other 777 which was Houston - Tokyo since they use ex. Continental airline's aircraft which does not have this Channel 9 system.

    Long take off roll. Were they at minimum take off speed? Must have been running light.

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks - i did not realized about speed but I guess it could be slower than short haul takeoff since this flight was long haul from Chicago to Tokyo and was fully laden - probably that would be the answer.

    • @ecoRfan
      @ecoRfan 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +ryojitokyo3636 long roll but sounded and looked like a really powerful takeoff. Can't even hear the buzz saw compressor sound

    • @ecoRfan
      @ecoRfan 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +ryojitokyo3636 also needed a higher liftoff speed to get airborne as it appears very heavy. Note the slow climb rate.

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +ecoRfan - thanks for watching - yes, it was a very powerful takeoff. beautiful one -

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +ecoRfan - indeed, it was a long haul flight to Tokyo - i guess it was fully laden aircraft and that why it was slow climb rate due to weight.

    Do they have ATC broadcasting through the aircraft entertainment system or is that your radio scanner?

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      DZEyoyo123 - Thank you - yes, some of their aircraft has Atc broadcasting through the aircraft entertainment system - on channel 9 since long time ago. as far as i know ex. United airlines aircraft for long haul flight has one. ex. continental aircraft does not have. - thanks

    Can you listen to ATC the whole flight or do they turn it off at a certain altitude?

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      thank you - yes, once Captain switched on this channel 9, you can listen to ATC during whole flight. it is United Airline's good traditional service and very interesting to listen.

    • @lb_reflections
      @lb_reflections 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Told to climb to 15,000ft. They'd probably reached their approved altitude moments earlier.

    • @romanfedotov9434
      @romanfedotov9434 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      chefrick most likely climbed thru 10,000ft, and no longer had the 250kias speed limit, therefore could speed up

    What is the different thing of Continental compare to United?

    • @ryojitokyo3636
      @ryojitokyo3636  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Chulhee Cho - thanks for yours - United had and still has a system to open channel 9 where passengers can monitor exchanges between ATC and Cockpit. Continental never had a same services and system+hard ware.. Therefore, you can figure it out when you got on the aircraft - whether it is ex. United or not. thank you.
