Stretching the frame a lil (plus driveshaft) is likely the best option in the end. All the suspension points and pinion angle remain the same that way. It's a good amount of work, but still likely less of a headache than any other option with endless tweaking only to risk not being satisfied in the end. Of course take what I say with a grain of salt as opinions are like a-holes. I loved the closing of the video with the door handle ejecting itself paired with the audio clip from the movie. 😂
Put some lower profile tyres on it and a skirt on back. It will look good. Just a fun beater. Nobody see it. Make a bubble arch. Just get it put together and welded. Go enjoy it for a while. 👍👍✌️🇬🇧
Front wheels look well centered. Back wheels look a little bit forward, but not offensively so. You'd get a better idea with matching tires I think. longer control arms sound like an idea, you can adjust to suit and would improve the handling maybe. Don't think an inch or so would upset the pinion angle and remember the driveshaft slides on a spline, so should be OK. Then again, lengthening the frame costs nothing but your time, so...?
The old hot rod outside looked cool. Could be worth looking at one day. Halfass build a few. Make it custom doing one now. Good luck. 👍👍✌️🇬🇧
Thanks for the update

You could give it a longer drive shaft

Do it right, cut the frame.
