@ 14:30, what's the timing on Android Efficiency? I can see that the drone spawn increases Ultron's attack, as you played it, or the attack is calculated at the start of the attack, in which case it doesn't. Wow, Great Responsibility is clutch with Ultron. Spider-Man being Justice meant Black Panther's Tactical Genius wasn't necessary. Keeping both characters in hero form for as long as you did definitely helped keep the scheming under control. Winning on the 2nd scheme of 3 is quite the feat!
Wondering if you got some sort of special edition heroes or something? You have a lot more art with the name banner only coming part way across the hero. They look neat like that. Too bad they didn’t keep that design.
Do heroes ready at the end of a villain phase/start of the hero phase as well as the end of the hero phase? For instance if I blocked Ultron with spiderman, would he be ready on his upcoming turn?
No he won't - you only ready AFTER the hero phase. So if you black be ready to be exhausted during your next turn! Remember though you can still use attack cards while exhausted.

Setup abilities are after mulligans. You are right I had 7 cards in hand for the first round

The grey tokens are Fantasy Flight tokens. They're relatively inexpensive and come in several colors.
