Get a professional trainer. You can’t learn much from just TH-cam videos alone. Just a friendly reminder, don’t strain your voice to reach the higher notes and learn to build power and control in your voice before you add the material to sing higher. It’s the safest and healthiest way for your vocal chords.
I've only seen videos of Sierra at the PROMS. It's really fun seeing her out of character. So beautiful, even just back from yoga and no makeup. My new dream girl. Broadway has always left a lot of money on the table by not filming the great shows. I'd certainly pay for that.
