How to Make Gingerbread Monoliths, with 3D Printed Cookie Cutters

Instructions to make monolith
Ingredients:
- 200g Butter
- 6tbsp Golden Syrup
- 200g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp Ground ginger
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 550g Plain flour
plus icing sugar to decorate
and baking glue to assemble
1 - Mix all in bowl, add flour until it doesn't stick to hands and forms dough.
2 - Roll out on baking paper so it is 1/2cm thick
3 - place another piece of baking paper ontop and place in fridge for 1hr
4 - remove from fridge, cut out shapes and bake them in oven for 10 mins at 190 degress
5 - assemble VERY CAREFULLY
6 - Yum yum
