Hi CrazyforCrust--as I said, no offense meant, but being diabetic I can only dream. But sure doesn't stop me from dreaming of eating a batch or two.
This cookie recipe I make a lot. I grew up on a small farm in Arkansas. Our church was small and our preacher was part time. We feed his family on the weekend and my Mom really loved it! We always made these cookies!
I like the way you showed them in the cooking pot--it helps if you are not sure! I love them with peanut butter only too! Blessings to you!!❤
Super 👍
I just made these for the first time ever! I usually just buy them at the store. I'm definitely not disappointed! Thank you for the recipe and video! Now I just need someone to share these cookies with so I don't eat them all myself!
Awesome- the football team will love them. I may even put a Hersey kiss in the middle !!
These look TO DIE FOR. Also love the fact that they go from saucepan to tray! So mess free! Thank you so much for sharing!
Trying your recipe now! 🎉🎉
Very yummy. Looks very delicious 😋. Good 👍
MMmmm now I'm craving that soooooo bad !! haha
Yes plese i have made these before ans i love them but had lost the tecipe so thanks for sharing❤
Yummy
Thank you so much. Never mind. Too much sugar. 😂
I added some peanuts. They taste a bit like payday bars.
Wow! New sub here! I recently made Jamaican Peanut Drops on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected! 😀
I followed recipe to the letter. I even used a candy thermometer as you suggested. After I scooped them
out on a pan I pushed them down just a little and they crumbled all to pieces. I still are some and were teal good. What holds them together?
The butter and sugar cook together to that temp to hold them together. Can you let me know what kind of oats, peanut butter, and butter you used?
Sorry, but the amount of sugar put me off. No offense to your recipe, but the sugar......
The end result isn't overly sweet. It's a cookie - perhaps you'll looking for something healthy, which is not this channel

Yummy
Such a stressful experience at 1:00 am but it was totally worth it. I'm a bake-aholic and I like to bake 24/7 this was the first thing I baked that started my journey, i almost couldn't even stand up because of my tiredness yet I still proceeded and made them. It was quite delicious but it was so exhausting.
