Which is the point, if you scramble it, it would make the bread soggy by being too liquid. I believe the boiled egg also adds an Asian touch, which is very common for Asians to do this in a lot of their recipes. Have to admit, it is one heck of a breakfast sandwich😁

For the love of the lord, wisk those gosh damn eggs together lady! Just add the salt and pepper, and whatever seasoning you prefer on your eggs. Then just go ahead and wisk it all together in a bowl, then layer your pours of eggs, that way it won't be so dry and looks so wrong when you cut into it. Use some cooked bacon or sausage, or both. If you're going to use ham use the good stuff and fry it up a bit, so it's not bland. Some green onion and tomatoes would add some pops of color and flavor. I only like American cheese on eggs, I don't why I just do. So I would build mine like this. I'd start a light smear of butter on the sides and bottom inside the loaf , then put a layer of American or shredded sharp cheese on the bottom, then a layer of your seasoned wisked eggs,then your meat, top with more whisked egg, then your onion and tomatoes. Brush the outside of the bread with a little melted butter then add your choice of cheese to top it off and some parsley. That's the way I would fix this little breakfast dish to take it up a notch to make it actually taste good. Instead of using some basically boiled dry eggs, and basic flavorless meat. Her's looks like someone could get choked because of how dry it is! All those descriptive words she was trying to use didn't describe what we were actually seeing. would i would do, is add like 4 eggs at the bottom, add a cheese layer, add a MEAT layer (as in like, ground beef or ground turkey), add like some onions, garlic and chives and stuff, seasonings, and the last layer of eggs then more cheese.

would i would do, is add like 4 eggs at the bottom, add a cheese layer, add a MEAT layer (as in like, ground beef or ground turkey), add like some onions, garlic and chives and stuff, seasonings, and the last layer of eggs then more cheese.

So I used to make something similar tho we put some cheese on the bottom and gave it a super quick toast under the broiler to prevent blowing out the bottom and used scrambled eggs the solid yolks aren't my cup of tea

Just mix the egg, cheese, salt, paprika and ham BEFORE hand!!!! You worried about the egg spilling just use the cheese and ham to make things less runny.
