I’m thinking about buying a new car starting my investment journey, but I feel a bit overwhelmed and uncertain. Do you have any tips or suggestions on who l could reach out to for guidance?
Getting advice from an expert when building an investment portfolio is a wise choice , as the process can be quite complex
Making touch with financial advisors like Elizabeth Regina Nelson who can assist you restructure your portfolio, would be a very creative option. Personal financial management will be crucial to navigating the next difficult times
Elizabeth Regina Nelson has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in the Uk 🇬🇧 as she has been really helpful and changed lots of life's.
Waking up every 14th of each month to 210,000 dollars it's a blessing to I and my family... Big gratitude to Elizabeth Regina Nelson
Any specific guide. I'm from Georgia how I go about this? I think I'm interested how can I get in touch with mrs Elizabeth Regina Nelsen
I’ve owned dozens of cars in my 78 years. These people who bash Teslas act like they have amnesia. Gas cars are nothing but maintenance hogs, and rattle like a can of rocks after 100k miles. The only good ones are expensive to buy and fix. I’ve been a car guy, auto crosser, road racer, designer, engineer and mechanic my whole life, and you Tesla nay-sayers are just ignorant.
But Elon bad
Toyota- last forever
As engineer, bet you love Tesla innovation
@@SD-co9xe yeah them new tundras and tacomas are great
The new model 3 performance was announced April 2024. When should I buy it to avoid further price drops or first batch defects?
I think the biggest mistake is buying one new. My 2022 model 3 Long Range had a sticker price of $63,000. My trade in value is $26,000 today. That’s $37,000 in depreciation. Fortunately for me I bought it used for $35,000 in oct 2023. $9000 in depreciation in a year hurts too. But I test drove a 2020, 2022 and brand new 2023 and they all drove the same. There was no difference between the 3.
Don’t worry about the price, worry about how much content you can generate out of each vehicle you purchase, you can’t put a price on happiness.
Very helpful. Thanks!
What's that diagonal black line on the front end, lower passenger side? Is it a crack?
Can someone explain to me how you make so much money to buy all these cars and not care.
I am a mid level engineer at Tesla and I could never afford any of this.
I’m not mad I think my pay is generally fair. I just want to understand what I’m missing
TH-cam money
some people are okay with large amounts of debt
I was looking at a 2023 Model 3 with 15k miles on it for 32k out the door. Do you think this is a good idea?
Their marketing strategy was $39k/$49/$59k. I know there has been inflation, but vehicle inflation is out of sync with everything else and CT is even geater than that. I understand the value of the new enginerring, but i have a budget. It once was in budget and i was extremely excited, now it's just out of reach...so disappointing.
Tesla over-promised/over-hyped and under-delivered with CT. I have learned over the years never to buy first gen products and wait for at least the third product generation when feasible. This is why I'm waiting for the refreshed Model Y Long Range AWD with AI-5, hopefully available by late next year. I expect it to be possibly one of the most mature and boring electric cars in the world, and that would be wonderful.
wonder what the price of current model y will be while others are waiting for the new??
Having bought an early VIN 2020 Model Y Performance (14xxx), I'm fine waiting for a later Juniper Model Y. Only real thing I regret not having in mine is a heated steering wheel, but having the older Intel chip is also preventing me from getting stuff newer Model Y's are getting, like the full screen layout of the car when in park, or more importantly, the weather map overlay on the navigation screen with the latest 2024 holiday update.
I still love it a lot, having put 104k miles on it over 4 and a half years of ownership. But at the absolute earliest, assuming I don't get into an accident that totals the car, I'd probably wait till the next generation of FSD cameras are put in after AI4 ones, as it still runs fine so I don't feel the need to upgrade as soon as possible. And hopefully it'll have 800v architecture for that 500 kW charging speeds at V4s, and steer by wire which was impressive when I test drove a Cybertruck.
It may mean paying more and losing out on the tax credit. But it's also nice to not have a car loan to pay off either.
Intel chips suck
Thoughts on timing for buying a new model 3? With the tax credit and $2000 referral, I think it may be the best time to buy before the credit goes away? Do we think it’ll get cheaper in the next few years or increase in value with no federal credit?
Don’t buy!!! Always lease an EV. Depreciation after a year of ownership and less than 10k miles is hitting 60% now.
I’m a Tesla owner, an investor and to top it all off I went and bought myself and my family another Tesla model Y, our 2nd, which we’re going to pick it up next week, we love our Tesla yet after seeing, even getting inside a Cybertruck at the Tesla showroom I came to the conclusion that no, it’s not for me, my family agrees, like it’s nice it’s revolutionary but it’s still a truck and if we ever need to haul anything it’s so cheap and easy to just rent one from home depot, yeah that’s my take (from a non truck person’s perspective)
Smart man not like Ryan.
Good points made. However, I’ve been an investor, owner, and enthusiast many years since 2012. The CT is quite the controversial-modern transportation topic within the EV world.
I believe it’s contingent on the region, and/or profession you’re in to utilize this product in its intended use. It’s definitely not perfect, but I believe it’s quite practical with BOTH modern and farm agriculture living. The city boys can have fun with it too- but I think it’s tougher than any 4x4 truck on the market…FULLSTOP.
50% of Americans love trucks for the same reason they love guns. Sense of power. Not a good thing, but it is the status quo for a long time now. Trucks in Europe are used for work only.
Excellent point. Unless you need the truck for hauling, towing, and moving stuff on a daily basis...it does make more sense to just rent a truck for the day or two. The cost to maintain the truck and insure it is just not worth it.
I am thinking of placing an order for a CT for my wife on December 30th. to take advantage of $3K credit. Hope we get the CT in January. Have you installed the Tesla gateway to use the CT as a power backup? If so how much was the installation cost? How effective is it? Thanks.
It’s just common sense that any new vehicle is going to have some issue. Thank you for mentioning the obvious. I would recommend specially to you to wait for a few years before buying a Tesla that has anything new in it, you might be happier. I on the other hand love to support the brand and will always get the first car I can get my hands on.
Since I started watching this video, Tesla improved the production quality of the 3, changed the price of the Y, and fluctuated stock price by 10%.
The only way to buy a tesla with high depreciation is to lease it since musk now allows leasing, this will help with the depreciated value.
That only works if you keep the mileage below the lease contract limit. Do you know the penalty for exceeding the limit by 6,000 miles?
The amount of losses you've taken swapping out all these Teslas is mind boggling. You must really be monetizing this channel, kudos!
I have to say something. I remember when I first watched some of your first videos I saw a one where you had bought your first tesla or one of your first and you mentioned that you traded in another car you had and they gave you a laughable amount in the trade in, I think it was a few hundred dollars. I remember looking up the car at the time and it could have been sold to carvana/carmax or something else for way more, but then maybe there was something else to it and that was the reason why you traded it in, but then I thought for that small amount there are other things that can be done with the car etc... Well regardless I like your content so I obviously watch you, but I kind of have this thing in the back of my head that I wouldn't get financial advice on buying/selling Tesla's from your videos, sorry I'm honestly not trying to be insulting. Basically what I'm trying to get at is this video kind of confirms the way I felt when I watched the first video and maybe you just have to plot out more concrete financial decisions in these scenarios. For example I'm not sure if you taken into account that buying the cyber truck did get you more content for your channel and now you can earn an X amount (based on worse case scenario numbers), that plus hopefully you write these cars off on your taxes so you take X% of the car value that you can write off the first year, but you have to also consider depreciation based on worse case numbers when it comes to Tesla vehicles because you never know what's going to happen. There's so much more like interest savings, market averages based on 0% APR scenarios etc, but always account for worse case scenarios when you are making financial decisions because that is the bottom you are willing to entertain and if it's not worse case then you are positive etc...
If someone buys a regular inventory Cybertruck, but it turns out to be a de-badged Foundation Series vehicle, does it still come with the add-ons, or have they been removed?
They will remove FSD, free connectivity, they will change the wheels and tires, that's all it will take, they are not going to give it to you free you have to pay, musk is very greedy!
Dennis is wrong please don’t quote someone with a bad reputation. I spoke to the finance department. They will give u $7500 after u put down $7500 so that cancels out but then if want to pay it off its $899x36 months +$67,500residual value. That’s $35,000+67,500. That’s over $100k. Ur better off buying the truck unless u want to just lease it which is not a bad deal as it’s $35k for 3 yrs. Btw it doesn’t say $0 down it’s $7500 down then u get a credit for $7500 when u get ur leasing docs
cybertruck doors are breaking with hard door closes, the tow hitch sheered off with little effort, the rims are crumbling, and all the other listed problems.
Are you a Tesla Cybertruck owner or a CNN watcher who voted for Kamala and hates anything Elon?
What about the frickin 60k cybertruck I have heard nothing about it
And you won't musk has a ton of CT laying around if he can sell them out he may not fulfill his promise to many recalls
Did you make enough money on your site to buy at a premium.
This video changed from something to the affect of " I regret buying my Cybertruck" to "My $20,000 Tesla Buying Mistake | Don't Do This" What gives Mr Ryan?
Clickity-ckickity-click-click-click
I waited 4 years for a CyberBeast. At first it was supposed to be a 500 miler range. That shrunk to 300 mile range or 150 mile pulling a trailer. I have a small Airstream. I now have the cash but don’t look forward to disconnecting my trailer every 250 miles. Now I hear about a new solid state advance batteries. When can I get these batteries and buy my new CyberBeast ??
Correct the above distance from 250 to 150 miles to disconnect the trailer to charge up. That would take the fun out of a camping trip.
I’ve been thinking about leasing for my first EV since the depreciation is an issue. What do you think?
That’s the route I would take. Always lease an EV never buy.
Did same but no regrets. Pay to play
Ryan I feel your pain. I purchased my model Y LR and could have canceled in Dec, but thought right thing to do was buy it. Then he goes and cuts the price by almost $13K the next year. I have never leased a car, but think if I get another Tesla it will be a lease so I get another new one in 3 years.
Doesn’t everyone know to wait at least a year when a new model comes out and all the kinks are fixed.
Why did you take down the ‘Disappointed in Cybertruck’ video? Too much pressure from Tesla or what? It was up earlier….
I always buy used. I think they are great value after it fully depreciate. Not new.
The cheaper $40k cyber truck doesn’t even start coming out until close to the end of next year, I been having my eyes on that model since day 1 Tesla didn’t lie necessarily, I think the single engine or battery model will be a lil more than 40k but it’s still coming will still be cheaper than the dual model just have to still wait that long ass time! And waiting we are!
Well done Ryan lots of facts good information.
What if they do a foundation series MY
They won’t
Most people who keep their car 8 years or more won't care about depreciation.
I can always make money, but cannot buy time...
The Pontiac Aztec was popular for a year too.
I got a zero down 72 month 1.9% rate .
People keep talking about the 75 kWh "Model 2" having 310 miles range... 53 miles less than the M3 that weights 30% more and, presumably, has a larger frontal area. What, do they expect it to be shaped like a brick? I think they are going to shock people with efficiency and the 310 miles is for the smaller battery version.
After a month of owning my beast here in alaska, i have zero regrets. Zero.
He's whining bc he's so dumb.
He knows how Tesla's sales work and yet he made the same mistake he did years ago. And here he is crying about it.
I agree, worry about what your vehicle is going to be worth when you sell it in a few years. Otherwise buy it and enjoy the hell out of it. 👍
@TheMadmax0609 i had 586,000 mile on my Ram 2500. Was not worried about resale. Lol.
@erikmoore7402 And that's what you're supposed to do with a car, good job my friend, good job. 😁👍
you buy the vehicles as soon as they come out for your channel and if your doing it right the lose in value is all just a business expense. If there was no issues it would be worse for your channel so the first run of any vehicle always has issues no matter the brand.
We need to get CT in EU. St 75k€, it's probably most bang for bucks if you ned utility vehicle.
I'll wait until this time next year to buy the new Model Y... Let them get the kinks figured out.
Sorry you got Musked - your luck on buying Teslas just isn’t on your side.
I would say the biggest tesla mistake is buying FSD in beta, paying a company for a software that puts your life and your valuable car in danger
What are you talking about? FSD has been fantastic. Just don’t use it at night, in rural areas, and when it’s raining/snowing.
@RONderluck its good for some people and can be finicky depending on updates. Still in beta. Shouldn’t have to pay for something until its tested and reliable
@@johnshorba it’s not in beta anymore. Where have you been? It’s 2024 not 2021.
A great buyer’s remorse session! As a model Y owner I can totally understand your sentiment! I am thinking to be a Tesla owner, one must buy Tesla stocks to hedge! 😂
I waited a long time to buy a model X at half the 2017 cost.
Half? Hahaha. If it was used it wasn’t half the cost.
Their marking strategy is all over the place like Elon politic rants IYKYK
We went with Rivian and did it exactly as you suggested; we waiting until the Gen 2 R1T came out and they then also opened up leasing options. I was able to use the equity in my old truck to offset the lease, and that brought the monthly cost down under $500. We also have the funds banked to purchase the R1T-Large outright at the end of the 36-mo. lease; historically, I tend to keep my vehicles 8-10 years, so unless it turns into a complete nightmare, I think we're going to hold onto it for a while. The 2025 R1T-Large has been FLAWLESS. Just a perfect piece of technology. We like the vehicle and the company, and I suspect a 2nd year / gen R2S will be in our future.
That can't be said for the first iterations of the R1T or this latest attempts to offer an over-powered vehicle. The 1st Gen R1T was fraught with issues, the new architecture designed for the Tri-motor has been buggy (I follow the Rivian blogs). But the service, I hear, has been exemplary.
I tend to have the opposite problem. I always want the next model and when it comes it is too expensive so I wait for the price to come down normal Tesla style. Thus I still haven't bought a Tesla. Also I am waiting for my Tesla stock to get close to 10X before using a small fraction of that investment to buy it. I'm now 3.5X. Go tesla!
I’m waiting for HW5 that will probably release in the summer of 2025
Tesla’s innovation and product is SOLID. Probably THE safest and most secure vehicle on the roads today in modern times. However, the CEO is VERY controversial in his freedom of speech, and his choices today. It creates a liability in the brand. Consumers today, via Gen X and below, can be quite judgmental in civil rights, global warming, human rights, and overall morality. When you compare other billionaires or millionaires on earth - Elon, is probably the most popular for many reasons. He was not always like this. Something changed.
Anyway, many folks will not be caught driving this exceptional vehicle- due to the CEO’s outspoken stance in the world today. I’ve known many CEO’s who are steadily in the news and driving demand to their products. Somehow, Tesla’s CEO just might be doing the opposite of driving demand from his product - and onto other EV competitors - EVEN IF THE competition is more inferior of a product. Brand is everything when the head of the brand is unpredictable and polarizing.
All of your advice is what I learned about Volvos in the 90s. Even used purchases should avoid the first year or two of a new model. For Volvos I used to wait 3 years.
Good advice, Thanks
I don't live in California any more, and can't afford those "California Prices".
It’s always a bad idea to purchase a depreciating asset that is outside your financial comfort zone. You can more affordably drive very nice vehicles by buying slightly used and then running them for as long as they’re viable. Doing so allows you to purchase with confidence that any manufacturing flaws are known or addressed and to minimize the effects of depreciation by spreading the cost of the vehicle by many years. With rare exceptions, vehicles should be able to run for over 10 years and often more without major trouble. Teslas will be on the high end of that. The money you save will provide more happiness than the short term rush of repeated, constant consumption.
cybertruck is just too big for me unless you really need a truck
Elon should make FSD part of user profile upgrade, for like $5000
Thus allows customers to use FSD on any Tesla vehicle that login and cannot be access simultaneously on more than one Tesla vehicle
This way, would make it much attractive Value Proposition
Say, a household of two adults and two teenagers of legal age
But have only two Teslas, they all paid $5K per head to upgrade their user profile that’s $20K vs $16K if the FSD is tide up to the Tesla vehicle
Also when the FSD is tied to the vehicle it makes less attractive for owners to buy new Teslas cuz currently FSD transfer only happens from time to time
100%. They need to make FSD a profile upgrade. For the price anything less is just dumb.
Thanks for this video! I have purchased 3 Teslas since I started watching your channel, and you have never disappointed me.
Ryan Shaw: You once again missed talking about the far bigger issue with Tesla vehicles in general which is the RAPID LOSS OF VALUE. If you think you'll trade in a Tesla every few years your going to get a shock when you see depreciation at 50% after ONLY 18 months! I paid $56,000 for my Model 3LR all wheel drive. My trade in value today is $28,000 just 18 months later. I joined the anchor owners group. Trade will only make sense in about ten years, hence I own a boat anchor. By then the car will be worth less than $2 500! Seeing this outcome caused me to cancel my Cybertruck order. From here the only Tesla I'll buy is one that lost over half its value, or about 18 months old. Please publish a graph of the depreciation of Teslas over time.
Plus the CT. It's a terrible vehicle, nothing but problems. It doesn't do what a truck is supposed to do. The whole program should be canceled.
@@txtabby Kamala, is that you?
You silly sausage. The 2nd hand prices have dropped because the new prices have dropped.
If you’re planning to swap out every few years, just lease them. Depreciation is the bank’s problem, not yours.
Been liking the Hummer EV lately any horror stories with that ?
basically if you end up shopping for a HUMMER EV get a 2025 model if you want to get rid of a few things in the older ones like the wind noise from the roof panels on the 25 models is pretty much gone . edition one hummer EVs had a few issues but they been ironing out little by little .. the only thing i kind of h ate is how fast they been losing value but thats how EVs go .
Ty useful info .
Why did you make so many mistakes buying tesla vehicles? I've owned 5 EVs; 2016 Model S (bought it used from tesla inventory in 2019 and sold it for a little profit in 2022), bought 2022 Model Y Performance (sold it for $74,500), 2022 Model X refresh sold it for a lot of profit, 2022 R1T sold it for a lot of profit, 2024 Cybertruck sold it back in June for a little profit. Do not buy FSD!
Dude, (I’m assuming it’s a guy) I think, 1) you seem like someone who just got lucky, due to the covid crisis there was a temporary shortage of cars, prices shot up and the rest is history, then I guess you might have had a R1T pre-ordered which you received in a perfect timing to flip it for a profit. Great, well done congrats!
Now, Ryan as a youtuber of some success needs to try out new cars and as a result sometimes ends up taking it in the chin, examples abound. As far as wether or not to buy FSD… really? Like do you know for sure that it’s not ever going to happen? Really? Ok.
Cheers!
He's an "influencer" , LOL, so he feels like he needs to get ahead of the crowd.
Okay Mr. Perfect 😂
There’s no way in hell you sold a YP for $74,500 & if you did, it just means the buyer was a fool.
@@FactsDontCareAboutFeelings-m6x well, at the height of the market he’s probably correct. We bought one earlier this year, brand new, for $47,000 out the door. 2024 performance model Y. We just sold it for $38,000 as a trade-in for a model X.
I’ve done very well on my five Teslas. However, I didn’t buy at the height of the market. And I always received a rebate. In 2019, I only received half for 3750 and another Tesla in September for $1875. But those cars we put 50,000 miles on them in two years and sold them for very close to what we paid for them because it was a crazy market.
But today’s market, it’s not just Tesla, they lowered their prices because of their production costs. They can make these vehicles very very cheap in terms of cost now. They don’t have any gasoline cars to worry about so their entire manufacturing process was always built around electric vehicles only. No weird things they have to do to a production plan to our build a different type of vehicle.
That being said, if anyone bought any vehicle in 2021 or 2022 you overpaid. People were paying twice as much for cars back then, $40,000 for a $22,000 for Maverick. People were paying $40,000 for a Toyota Camry hybrid that was $28,000 sticker. Now, two years later, you can pick one up for $18,000 but it doesn’t mean Toyota fucked you. It was just the market.
Tesla FSD subscription has a major flaw: If you opt to buying basic autopilot, you cannot subscribe to a higher tier for long trips through subscription anymore.
To me, if you have deep pockets, it's ok to spend the $20K premium to be the first on the block with the new shiny toy. But not only is it obvious the first version of a new car is going to have issues, to me, this "truck" is just not worth the pricetag.
* They said it would have 500 miles of range - in reality, you'll be lucky to get 300. What's worse, the Chevy Silverado EV has come out with 470+ miles of range for the same price point. To me, that's an automatic deal-breaker. Try towing something in the winter time and see what that range really becomes.
* No rear view camera - with the back cover closed (which is how you'll need to have it to get any type of decent range), that cheaply made mirror is useless. There are $30K cars that have rear view cameras. To spend $100k for a cheap mirror that is completely useless is really an insult.
* A tow hitch that you have to be super gentle with, or you can rip it off its body - come on, then it's no longer a truck. It's something you can use to move a big potted plant from your local gardening center or maybe a small loveseat from Ikea.
* Unibody construction - I know more and more "trucks" are basically nothing more than minivans with the back cut out, but unibody construction means you can never take this off road (not that most people were going to do that) because there will be too many instances where one or more wheels are off the ground and not getting you any traction, which means you'll get stuck.
With the high price point and it's many limitations, you need to be super rich enough to afford a toy like this. I'd never buy this and my wife and I make very good money.
What does being first do? Do you win something? When it comes to automotive, doesn’t mean anything.

It would be nice to see a charge with the original prices adjusted for inflation. While it's still WAY more expensive, it's not as bad as is implied by using a 2019 price vs current price.
Buy what you can afford, when you need it. If you are doing reviews, you need to buy early to get the clicks.
It’s a damn ugly thing that’s why they are struggling to sell them
With the ev credit gone teslas sales will be affected.
I feel your pain! 2 years ago I bought a new Model Y with FSD, a paint upgrade, and the towing package. No discounts. Adjusted for inflation, I paid right at $83,000.
I just priced the same car with the same option, including the chargers no longer included, $7500 EV tax credit, sales tax, and $2000 referral code.
It comes to right at $50,000.
I found a nearly identical, 2 year old, Model Y on Craigslist for $32000.
$51000 depreciation in 2 years!
At least I saved the planet 😱.
I want to get a cybertruck, but I'm not in a big hurry.
If the EV tax credit on the Cybertruck wasn't a crapshoot, I might have pulled the trigger. For now I will wait.....
That is a big wack 😮 I thought my loss was big lol. I've never owed a newish car before, always really old. I'm loving it's reliability ❤ At least it has that lol.
If you are buying a car and worrying about how much it will depreciate, you have enough money not to worry about depreciation.
Every single car depreciates stop whining
Whoever buys a car thinking it is an investment to get some money back down the line is a stupid.
@@khanlehman not really, it depends on the circumstances so in my experience it’s improbable but not impossible to make $ on a used car so calling it “stupid “ is coming on too hard, imo.
Years ago I wanted to buy a BMW a cheaper one for sure but for a young person a very nice car what made it a deal breaker for me at the time was that apparently it required premium gas always so i decided to just get a cheap yet dependable Japanese car 😅
1000% I'm tired of people talking about cars like they're investments😂
How about some new $HIT?
Isnt their next car the Cybercab? Do they have a new model coming out before Cybercab?
Buying used car and driving it for the next 20 years was always a smart financial move. That is if you value the years of your own life at zero. Sure, you can save a bunch of money by driving the same car for 20 years, but at the end you are gonna be 20 years older and probably not being able to experience the same joy as in your younger years.
So, don't listen to old timers, buy a car of your dreams and enjoy it while you can! Depreciation be damned ;-)
I wouldn't buy a Tesla on a bet.
Hi Ryan , I need a referral code. Where I can find it
I got you if you need one
That duckbill front on Y is going bye bye with refresh just like on Highland for 3 so I don't think it will be on the Q, nor on the Faux Q.
Here's the secret: just don't buy a Tesla. 1) there are much better cars out there, 2) Elon is a sham. Spend your money wisely.
Bullshit. All of the ice vehicles engines have gone from being V8 to turbocharged V6’s, and the V6 have gone to turbo charge four-cylinder. Look to the mighty Toyota for example. Also the Hondas are having a lot of trouble right now also. Nissan is going under. Mitsubishi is going under. That’s why both of them want to consolidate with Honda.

Tesla stock bought my 2024 model three performance. It is a great car and I love smoking the Lamborghinis and Ferrari.
Although the first Tesla models off the line are "the worst" for build quality, this is not only a Tesla thing. Years ago an employee who worked at an American manufacturer warned me to always wait until the 2nd year production to get better build quality on a new model.
That’s a myth. First year production vehicles are generally better than anything after them.
Yeah but they got 2 million customers lined up waiting, right ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yea where?
I’m a Tesla owner, an investor and to top it all off I went and bought myself and my family another Tesla model Y which we’re going to pick it up next week, we love our Tesla yet after seeing even getting inside a Cybertruck at the Tesla showroom I came to the conclusion that no, it’s not for me, my family agrees, like it’s nice it’s revolutionary but it’s still a truck and if we need to haul anything it’s so cheap and easy to just rent one from home depot, yeah that’s my take (from a non truck person’s perspective)
Appreciate, i will get a 25 ct in 26 or 27 to maximize valie and not piss my customers off because i really want to drive the thing.
The CyberTruck.... the truck for people who don't need a truck. 😂
I cant’ see anyone wanting a new Model with only 220 miles of range; certainly not me; i can currently get 350-450 miles per tank on my currently 2016 Lexus IS200T. Hopefully if/when they release a smaller cheaper Hatchback type model it’s RWD or AWD optionally with at least 300 miles or range or better
I'm not sure why the tax credit isn't listed on the IRS website. The truck does by their rules qualify. I also think that the price on the truck will come down later next year. I didn't want the first year anyway, I saw what happened with the X in it's first year of production. The battery development seems to be getting better also.
Musk doesn't think his evs need it to sell he's rich the hell with you poor guys, I wouldn't buy from an arrogant person like him
You said the Model Y “might” be the best selling car of 2024. There is no doubt about it. It will be. By far.
Ryan you need to grow up!
Act in haist repent at leasure
Thank you
Sour
You need some new tires on that Plaid
🤎
Couldn’t disagree more. You bought a niche car which is not selling as projected so they are offering options. It’s a massive pickup that screams attention. Scares some people especially the price tag. The Juniper should be in high demand from a price and practical standpoint so I don’t think they will be incenting to move a high demand car. They’ll be people wanting to upgrade and attract new Tesla owners. They may incentivize to move the old Y body since that will have a lot less demand and a ton of inventory. When I got my Y in 2020 I don’t think there were incentives a year after but things change rapidly in the Tesla world.
You do realize a $80,000 cyber truck that runs 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds is cheaper than a gasoline equivalent truck, right? 🤔
I picked my Cyber truck up two days ago and I've already answered over a dozen questions... I get stopped in parking lots and people ask me about it. That won't happen with a Ford Raptor.
Thank god I don't need that attention!
Thanks Ryan, your videos are always informative and complete. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying another Tesla, and if I didn’t already have one, I wouldn’t be buying one now. Elon Musk just ruined Tesla for me!
Ya we all got hosed so what? I bought a RAM GT for $66k now if I sold it at 9000 miles Im KBB at $40k. So I'll just keep it.
you got caught in the Tesla con and took the financial bath that comes with such a mistake. I'll give you a lot of credit for owning your mistake and trying to keep others from making the same blunder.
