Hi, I am Singaporean and must say that this dish that you have presented does not exist in Singapore. Singapore cuisine is a blend of many cultures; Chinese, Malay, Indian, etc, but your recipe don't even come close to any that we have in Singapore.
Correct yourself first, in Singapore rice noodles recipe do exist only the change he made is the whole recipe was vegetarian & in Singapore scrambled eggs & chicken been added, so what's the problem then . By the way he is the great celebrity chef of our country ,he never copy paste the recipe of any place but gives his own twist to recipes
Singapore Fried Noodles is actually from Hong Kong, NOT Singapore. It was invented on the streets when the British introduced Madras Curry poweder to HK.

I try to make chilli oil by your method so my all chilli Powder get blacked I mean my Powder get Burned . So what can I do to make chilli oil?
Chilli powder is probably adulterated
Use that chilli oil as fastr as you can...aftr adding hot oil to the chilli.....it will not burn if you will add chilli oil to anothr dish fastr
