This might be the most serious I've ever seen Chris. It's kinda refreshing. We don't have many interviews/clips of him being serious, calm and just himself.
Actually, according to the biography about him, The Chris Farley Show, he relapsed around Christmas '95, a month before this. After three years of sobriety. Might explain why he looks a little forlorn here.
"I always like to pump the heart into the comedies too..." I feel like all of us who love Chris Farley's work pick up on that right away. Such big heart and vulnerability in all of his characters. ❤
This is now one of my fave short interviews of Chris Farley, he looks so relaxed here. Love listening to his speaking voice, very comforting. Black Sheep is one of the most classic 90’s comedies ever created. Thanks for this rare treat, I hope their are more interviews like this with him. 😍😘🥰🤩✨🌟👑💎⚜️🏆
A great, humble man. Miss him. Would've loved to see him in a dramatic role too. His genuine-ness, if you will, would have made him a superior dramatic actor as well.
That long pause after he drew a blank towards the end really breaks my heart knowing what we now know from reading "The Chris Farley Show." At this point, it was not so good, and maybe it never was again, after.😢💔
Right? I love Chris, but I like him the most when he's like this, not feeling the need to perform at all times. It's refreshing. But too bad he couldn't live by that more and stay sober too.
So rare to see him this calm and relaxed.

Slightly withdrawing.
The somber and sober Chris...

Chris Farley was one of the funniest guys to ever exist, and he was also one of the most likeable.
