Those colors! You're right, the neckline and cutaway arm are just SO flattering. You really did pull off the jumpsuit look; I'm not sure anyone could tell it wasn't a jumpsuit especially with the purple or animal print. I've tried the paper clip trick with my bras to pull in the straps - but I've found that pretty much all my bras these days have detachable straps in the back so that you can cross them. And the racerbacks are so common here.

Really like this tank top you sewed. I sewed very similar version late summer last year with very similar cut out shoulder and it has been a true staple in my wardrobe .If i May suggest try structures ribbed jersey, it keeps the shape of the garment and it is very comfortable. 🤍

Now you’ve sent me off down a different path! I will definitely make this for yoga. I have just stuck together the Greenstyle creations Power sports bra which would be great under this top. I was a bit hesitant about making it but I think now I’m going to have a go( after I’ve finished my frugal frock!).
That is I’ve stuck together the A4 pattern for the bra. It sounds like I have a 3 d printer!!!!

Almost all Victoria Secret bras have the option to cross straps in the back which makes them perfect for this tank.

Palazzo and this tank would be super for traveling! Also: the Little Black Bra pattern by George and Ginger might have the straps set in enough to be hidden under a tank like this one!

Here in Australia we went metric 50 years ago for length measurements - imperial is just not taught - heavens, starting to feel old writing that as I started in Preps in ‘71 😂😂Yes, I also have a problem with Subway too 😂😂 Looking forward to your next vlog😀
I’m the same! It’s metric all the way 90cm is much more my style! My US viewers love it when I speak their lingo 😂
Totally understand why and realise for USA viewers etc 😀 - thankful for my metric/imperial tape measure or metric/imperial app i have on my phone to be able to convert when imperial units are used though, & then round up to metric equivalent. Will admit it’s a trifle frustrating at times 😄

I've been wearing my sports bras around the house as well but that's because I have a tenant now and I don't feel comfortable bobbling about in front of him lol. I have an old jersey dress that I've been planning on refashioning, this might be the pattern to go with.

Yes she actually gives instructions for a cover stitch as well! You are lucky, I’m dying to get a cover stitch!
