At least you followed through with earlier piping changes mentioned in the earlier video. You were getting 36 to 37 mpg before, but hopes it made a difference for all that extra work. Best wishes.
The bike is a little temperamental to start in weather that cold but once it warms up it runs fine. As far as riding in that kind of weather I would not know how the bike would act, typically that kind of weather where I'm located involves snow plows and stupid drivers.
Any possibility of getting a good closeup view of the throttle cable connection. I'm thinking of doing this conversion, but not sure about having to fabricate the throttle connection on the carburetor.
Are you still running this setup? I saw the Venture customization (latest video) and was curious. I liked your input on VentureRider and I think I am done with these Mikuni Carbs
Have you made any other modifications after this video? I am debating the change but worried about TCI, vacuum advance, etc. What all is included in the bolt on kit please?
Jeff borowski, the bike is currently under the knife for some very big changes. Once the bike is back on the road I will post more about it

I doubt it made much difference maybe 2 mpg

The sad thing is I see these bikes for cheap all the time 95% have gummed up carbs. This might be interesting on a vmax.
