Good analysis, but the leaving salaries you quoted for those countries are actually much lower for a majority of doctors. All the reasons you gave are bang on, which is why doctors must only come to these countries after fellowship because there is hardly any personal or professional growth.

For example, at current exchange rates a consultant (not working privately) may hit the same salary in the UK (£90-120k) but then they have tax, pension contributions, national insurance etc. perhaps have to pay a premium for housing to access good comprehensive or grammar schools or private school fees. Many informations were pointed in the video inaccurate. Everyone fights in middle east to get residency, GP, and specialized filed also subspecialty. The majority is even East asian without saying the nationality they are willing to work as cheap as would you imagine to have a job in middle. Speacilist and consultants' salaries are really comparable to other countries except poor countries. Except residents slightly less bye 750 usd compare to some countries. Yes there's is less patient compare to many large companies, but the amount of overload is high for tranines. For citzenship, yes, you wouldn't get it, but many got it especially was easier for doctors who met the countries criteria got it. General common sense if supply exceeds demand you would expect the rduce of doctors filed. Some few parts were true about training quality compared to some countries, but new systems made to achive better higher quality standards.

Hi, thanks for your comment! If it is a proper primary care setup where you are exposed to ample primary care cases with proper referrals, then it may be considered as recency. According to RACGP, the criteria is at least 48 months before you apply.

Hey Dr . Rizwan, of all the reasons that you have spoken about,main reason you should keep in mind is tha why did you aim to become a doctor in the first place. Did you aim to become a doctor to earn money ir to serve people. You look so superficious in the reasons, it is better you say that i wanted to become doctor to earn lot ifoney and not serve people.
Ok dear then you should only pray to God as a duty.never expect Jannah or any facilities there ok. Also doctors should work for free, but then so should all their tuitions, rent, food, electricity, childrens fee etc..deal na
