I've just bought a faulty MSX DPC200. When turned on, it gives power led light and the screen turns blue and that is it. Not even light to the caps lock key. I don't have another unit to interchange parts to try. What can you suggest for me to fix it?
@@ChibiAkumas yep sure but it is not a big deal for anyone that it works or not because of the rarity of floppy disk software and because of the sd card cartridges and also the option of having an interface cart using another disk drive. i can understand as a seller you could maybe sell it a bit more but its not a big deal like i said. some might want buy a cheaper model with no fdd instead. like me i bought one with a defective fdd so i pay less for it or i would have got a model with no fdd because i dont see why i would use any floppy.

You'd be best to ask on MSX.org:

They know a lot about different systems
you are better buying a sd card cartridge. disks are a pain and hard to find.
I have one, but if I ever want to sell it I can now sell it as fully working
