I remember this episode aired after Entertainment Tonight on CBS 3 Philadelphia. This episode is almost look like "What's wrong with this episode?" from the The Drew Carey Show in 1998. There are some mistakes throughout the 2nd week of May 2004.
I found one I think! Right at the end of the video, the Squares' background light sequence was off-sync. Normally when the main lights on the squares flash in the 5-4 alternating pattern (like in the 70's episodes) the background is supposed to do to the same with alternating red and white, yet it is not at the very end of the vid.
That big guy was Warren Sapp, who was playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL at the time. I know I'm late in responding by several years, but whatever.🙂
@MrAzri95 in reply to what Tom asked he says "to talk to a live operator" then tom says " its easier talking to the dead ones" since the guy answered LIVE like alive.
Fascinating week, but why did the show go to "Here's a picture from a film and three choices" for the Secret Square? Also, Charlene Tilton hosted the infamous "Match Game 2" pilot in 1996. For the record, here's where I found errors (much more fun than Wheel this year, and this might not be all of them): * 0:47-51 * 1:10 (possibly) * 1:19 (and about a couple dozen times after that) * 6:47 * 6:54 * 9:33 (hard to catch)
Airdate: May 3, 2004. Also, it's interesting how the car introduced has the license plates from "The Price is Right"...
YOU FOOL!!!!!

daaaaamn Kaley Cuoco is this old??? i'm shocked
At the age of 14, she was a Disney teenager in 2000 as a supporting cast member in "Alley Cats Strike."
I just noticed that in the theme song two names did not match their faces.
liscense plate on the t-bird said price is right.
It’s weird seeing a pre Big Bang Kaley cuoco
@upindaug43 I think it's because this show is taped on the same stage.
Warren Sapp Gilbert Gottfried.
@cameragirl90 That's actually not it. If you listen closely, Tom says "Welcome back, GARY." I had to watch it a few times before I caught that.
Wait a minute. Isn't the X side suppose to be on the left and right for the O?
Yes.
whoa.. how old is this considering kaley cuoco is in it
In that case they would be dressed in clothes from the BC era, Frenzy. Say "it was in 2004".
The superscript 2 is on the wrong side of the H on the floor of the studio.
when was this recorded? :P

The O player is standing in the X area and vice versa
@WarioBarker88 No offense, but I don't get 9:33.

Sorry for responding a year late, but Tom calling Baba Booey "Gary" isn't actually wrong -- it's his real first name.
The contestants are reversed.
Emerald city? Seattle? Give me a break.
What!? Gilbert Gottfried is black!? Does dad know!?
No that's just one of the 7 mistakes in this episode ya buffoon
Don't you DARE woosh me!
You fools
@MrAzri95 The O is on the right.
