If you think about it this whole plot was caused by Eui-jung (Joon-Mo is wife and Gi-cheol is first love). Because both men have done what they have done to a degree out of desire to be with her. Joon-mo took the case to rise through the ranks to prove to his Wife is family that he is worthy of her. While Gi-cheol wanted to become successful and rich so he could stand tall Infront of her family and marry her. Of course Both men have other ambitions that motivated their actions but they also desired success and wealth to be worthy of Eui-jung

I think when Euijeong saw her husband, it's a bit crazy like she dunno what to make of his transformation, like did he suddenly became so brutal? With the weapon in hand and blood down his face and everywhere... Gosh its heartbreaking.
At the same time Gi Cheul said he wants to be a better person with her. So the characters are reversing and she is confused. Both of them left similar phone messages though :))

But one is doing for his family for innocent people while other is doing it just for his selfish reason to be with her, before villain has already destroyed plenty of families because of his business he doesn't deserve anything while our hero is putting everything in line to protect people and his family. But at the end he got nothing but betrayal , his wife started having feelings for villain, during last few episodes her care was all for villain there was no place for male lead. I am happy with the ending that he end this one sided love relationship where his wife was not loyal to him emotionally. I hope he starts having feeling for bibi and went after her who was really in love with him not like this female lead

People are saying he was killing people like evil tell me what other alternative he had during that situation his wife was inside, filled with people hungry to kill them if he hadn't killed them they would have killed his one and only family that is his wife,. But because his wife's feelings started changing she started become confused, if it weren't there was no question of being confused.
Disney channel shared a deleted scene of Junmo as a policeman at the rural area he was stationed in previously. It should be in ep 1 or ep 0. I think he always had it in him, and it's not that it's bad that he is brutal or ruthless but more like he is suppressed or lack the chance/opportunity to prove himself as a smart, tenacious and capable policeman. The odds were against him as well as Euijeong's father was the police ex-commissioner and her brothers are all high ranking police whom look down at him, and him being the son of a drug addict, and only Euijeong's mom adore him. Euijeong herself is confused momentarily because she perhaps never saw her husband in such action or that side of her husband before. (And it's a gang fight scenario, of course it's the survival of the toughest!) And also for her husband to see her there, literally with her dating Gichul. It was a crazy day for her 😑 and Junmo.
Guys understand they have no other choice but to kiss because if they have rejected it might have got suspicious so maybe they are kissing on outside but dying inside
Wonder how Jung GIcheul will react when he realises that junmo and eujin are a married couple IRL. Fireworks! He truly loves Eujin though... amazing series! even the car chase attack was adrenaline pumping...
In my opinion, Ji Chang Wook suit the best in action roles rather than rom-com or other genres...his drama K2 is one of my favourite Korean drama..I think he is made for these roles..the way he does his action sequences...i have seen no other k-actor doing it like him...❤

Very good drama with not the usual romantic kisses and confessions. For the first time I actually want the characters to kiss the person who is not their partner. Sorry but there is no chemistry between Junmo and his wife whatsoever. There is too much blood though.. At the end someone will suffer. Let's wait and see who
I kinda expected less love and more tension,action. Like more of a Hannibal -Will Graham style of story. Detective stays too long with the evils that he himself turns into one,unable to cease himself. But this looks existing too
i feel that it has the right amount of tension and action and the romance aspect was done to contribute to the tension of it all and it's also contributing to the undercover cop turning into the evil which the title is probably about. you can see him and and the gang leader are actually very similar as the episodes go, from falling for the same woman to their ambition to succeed which will ultimately probably ruin them all. but i wish it was a hannibal-will kind of story too, i guess we'll have to wait for a few more years before korea is brave enough for something like that, the closest kdramas we have now being strangers from hell, beyond evil and the devil judge 😭.

Wookie wife cheats on him. She sleep with the boss in episode 10 .wookie hears some of the gang member talking about boss making out with new girl and he goes mad and starts crying .ending is somewhat boss came to know he is police and goes to kill him but his wife comes and take gun out ,but imagining his wife with the boss wookie takes his own life , ending is like wookie wife is shown pregnant and child belongs to the boss ,that's the finale .
