The spray foam isn't covering the horizontal steel. Doesn't that leave them conducting heat / cold from the outside metal surface? I would be concerned they could sweat in the winter, even in TX. Do you somehow insulate them post plumbing / electrical runs before you close up the walls?
How much longer until this one has the polished floors? Additionally- if we wanted the shower to bigger and have no tub is that something you could modify?

how much total for that build at current stage would you say ? not counting the land obviously
They won't tell you, its probably between 420 on low side to 460 plus depending on finishes
