También tengo que decir, que para haber sido más justos la comparación la debieron haber hecho con el modelo del w211 320 cdi con 224 cv, aún así no le ha hecho ni falta..
es de hace 8 meses xd pero si que es verdad que un 530d no hace el 0-100 en 8,7s. Eso lo estoy haciendo yo en mi audi 2.0tdi viejo, y mejor aun solo con reprogramacion

the comparison should be 204 vs 218 hp , because when bmw did the 231 the benz was v6 224 with 7 speed , so let me tell you, yes 204 hp E320 stock is faster than 530D e60 stock 218 hp , and more economical :D

The new e350 doesn't have the same engine, and it's torque is worse. Check the numbers, acceleration is related to torque and gearbox, hp and year of fabrication is irrelevant.
e320 cdi facelift 224hp does it in 6.5 my friend with launch control, with esp off even quicker, e320 cdi pre facelift might do it in like 7.3 or 7.1 if u launch it pretty cool, my e280 cdi if it was stock it does it in like 7.4-7.3, now with stage 1 fabrical it does it in 5 seconds

Hmm, I have E61 530D 218hp stock and 0_60 is 7 seconds dead 0 200 is around 27 sec. One thing is the 231hp is XD aka All wheel drive which is slow 🐌 cuz the wheel HP are not even close. The bmw no more than 190whp, the merc should be around 180 but with 2 wheels to drive.
Please dont spread fake informations, got a 530xd facelift with 235hp, its not stock anymore but it got 314hp on the dyno which is thr engine hp, on the wheels it got 280hp so thats around 10% loss

The e320 cdi will win in the acceleration comparison because it have more power and more displacement and bigger turbo which helps on the higher speed acceleration. A brilliant condition e320 cdi will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 in less than 7 sec (around 6.7 to 6.9 sec based on my experience)

Ten 530d może być z Belgii lub Francji one tam miały po 197ps. A W211 zależy którą wersja czy przedlift czy polift. Tam chyba w pierwszych był 5g a w polifcie 7g. I dlatego bmw jest tu wolniejsze.

That e60 gearbox is broke asf u don’t need to be a Mechanic to notice it 😂 and even my e39 530d manual beats that e320cdi :)
that transmission is working great, shifting as usual 😅😅I own the e60 530i and e93 335i which have the same transmission as the 530d
The e320 cdi will win in the acceleration comparison because it have more power and more displacement and bigger turbo which helps on the higher speed acceleration. A brilliant condition e320 cdi will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 in less than 7 sec (around 6.7 to 6.9 sec based on my experience)
@@JJ-yi1xvwich idiot compares a broke e60 to o e320cdi without problems ? Even my e39 beats a e320cdi :) I also have video of beating a e320cdi from a friend so don’t tell me it has more power then the M57

Normally E60 530D goes from 0-100km/h under 7 sec. So something is wrong here, probably gearbox.

A W211 zależy którą wersja czy przedlift czy polift. Tam chyba w pierwszych był 5g a w polifcie 7g.
I dlatego bmw jest tu wolniejsze.

To BMW jest mega wolne albo jaki ulep albo silnik już dawno wyzionął ducha , jeździłem 530d i wiem jak to się zbiera ten egzemplarz można porównać do polifta 525d z mocą 197koni
