Hi just to let you know we don't have much in the way of grape flavour, most purple or black coloured sweets/candy are blackcurrant.and that powder around some sweets is just corn flower to stop them sticking to each other.😁😁
Ps double decker/dinky decker(that a bite size version) I have packets of them in the fridge, they are so good
I have butter fingers in my fridge aswell, they sell then in my local supermarket.
Pps I'm about 20 miles from london (uk)

Rachel. The best British wine gums are by Maynards And Jelly babies are by Bassetts. The ones you had may have been from UK but are not the main brand

This video entertained me in some way! Thank you! It would be fun to see you taste Norwegian candy. I try out American candy these days and I was baffled the jolly rancher hard candy thing smelled fake rainbows and unicorns like from a mile away lol. Love them😂🤩

Wine gums have various wine types on them. Best ones are made by Maynard Bassett. Try our gift chocs( Quality St, Lily OBriens, Thornton's or Hotel Chocolat, Heroes/Celebrations).

There are no grape flavoured sweets in the uk. If you think its grape it isnt. It is most likely black currant.

Hi i stumbled onto your channel by accident but im glad I did I like your taste test video its unique its different British sweets are nice ive tried a variety of sweets items and even a varuety of salty snacks but you should try croatian/serbian sweets whuch are stronger flavour vise sweet sweets are heaps sweater while salty snacks are heaps more salty then American versions and then let me know which you think taste nicer lol. I hope you do more of these in future.

American ‘chocolate’ doesn’t qualify for the name in the UK, uk minimum cocoa is 25%, Hershey’s is less than 10%. Imported stuff has to be rebranded as chocolate flavour. Note flavour and flavoured have specific meanings in the UK, flavoured means it actually contains the product.
Strawberry flavour could be purely chemical and similar, strawberry flavoured, means it actually contains strawberry’s.

2:24 Did you just take off?
5:00 It's because we use cane sugar which is actual, real sugar. You guys use "High Fructose Corn Syrup" which is some evil sounding concoction invented to keep corn farmers in work.
5:42 That's not Maynards, Maynards is the best known and, likely, most popular wine gums in the UK. Not that I keep up on Wine Gum trends
10:01 You got some kind of rip-off version. Jelly Babies DO NOT taste like fluoride, Doctor Who made friends with LOTS of aliens using Jelly Babies. If they tasted like fluoride we would've been invaded by now. Again, You need the "Maynards Bassetts Jelly Babies". They even have names : Bubbles (the yellow one), Baby Bonny (the red one), Boofuls (the green jelly baby), Bigheart (the dark purple, blackcurrant flavoured baby) and Bumper (the orange one)!
12:23 Twirl is basically the Flake you had the last time but covered in chocolate, if you look at the inside it's the same crumbled chocolate.
You should UK vs US Snickers and Mars Bar, they're probably really different.
15:10 Is that a euphemism we should know about?
16:00 Ya'll love your peanuts and "High Fructose Corn Syrup", Yawl's farmers have you over a cracker barrel.
17:29 That's called "Peanut Brittle", made with peanuts and toffee.

Hersheys 🤢 makes 90% of chocolate in America so the chocolate on say our twix or kitkat would definitely taste different to the one across the pond
