Wow I’m so sorry about your experience Ticketmaster is just the WORST they make me soo mad NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GIVE AN ARM OR A LEG FOR SIMPLE CONCERT TICKETS ITS RIDICULOUS!! And the worst part is we (fans of artists) CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! As long as (bad) resellers exist (selling for a little bit over face value i understand I’m completely okay with those ones) WE WILL ALWAYS LOSE 😠😭
I saw Sabrina back in 2017 as my first big concert. Then this year I sat in the queue for over an hour and a half after being kicked out multiple times, it saying there's no more seats available, etc. I can't complain too much but I went from like one device to the next to the next and didn't think I would get anything and somehow ended up getting VIP pit tickets! I'm so excited but I can't believe these were harder to get than Eras Tour tickets for me.
I was trying to get tickets to see Sabrina tickets and it kept telling to pick different sections for seats and it kicked me off and I am still going to try and I love you so so much Rachel and that’s just outrageous prices that people are selling them for
I did the cashapp card presale and I was only lucky enough to even be able to do that because my best friend let me use her cashapp card. It went smoothly for the most part, I only had 1k people in front of me but when I got into the seating, only platinum seats were available, and I think the cashapp ones didn't open with the code until 15 min after which no one told us was going to happen so that was a bit weird. Thankfully I had kept trying even though I didn't know that was happening.
Sounds like a hot mess. I'm sorry that you didn't get tickets. Hopefully, some reasonably priced resale tickets will become available.

I was trying for my sister -- well we both were trying and neither of us could get in. I got in for the Spotify presale and saw tickets but it kept telling me there was none available. Both of us waited in the queue for presale after presale just for nothing to available or to only see resale seats. I'm just a causal fan but my sister is a huge fan -- met her several years ago, has seen her a few times over the years and saw her last year for such a great price. It's such a joke. These presale aren't even presales at this point. I do think they should have done fan presale before cash app because I feel like that was were majority of the tickets were sold :/ And how is general sale a thing when all I saw for sale during general sale was resale? I just wonder if anything will ever change. I prefer this over verified fan because at least I got a chance to shop. Something needs to change but I fear nothing will be done because no one holds Ticketmaster accountable. My sister never got tickets either :/ frustrated
it sucks for people who are actually trying to sell tickets, I bought one for myself and planned on going alone and then my friend told me she has two for the same night, so I am selling mine to pay her for her ticket. but reasons like this people think i’m trying to scam. unfortunately there are awful people in the world but there are good ones too. and it’s true ticketmaster adds on so much in taxes and fees. once I listed mine I went back in to see how much they listed it for and it was $140 over what I put so yeah. the ticket buying process was super easy for me. I just got in the queue super early and didn’t refresh the page a ton
mind you her ticket was less than mine and better seats!! ticketmaster messes with pricing and everything
I miss when we could just buy tickets. I am tired of this gambling system for codes. I’m tired of the resale system. I appreciate pre-sales, but the way Ticketmaster operates them is fully anti-consumer.
I got tickets but it was very dramatic for me I had a blown panic attack I had to make sure Ticketmaster charged my card and I had the tickets in my account my sister in laws roommate got 2 for ct and had struggles as well
