Hi Rhiannon! I just want you to know that I really love the way you talk about sustainability in your videos. The way you talk about it so casually makes me so inspired and gives me lots of ideas for little things I could change in my daily life to reduce plastic and waste and stuff. I see that too. But we cant assume Delilah doesnt have bad days or doesnt have tantruma. We only see 20 minutes of their day. Neitherless she is cute and very good with her eating 😊

I think if you choose a wall and put all the shelfs together on it that would look good like all in top of each other..or if the fireplace is center of the room then a shelf either side of it? Xx
I don't think that corner shelves are going to make your living room look too crowded. Just make them white and put all your books on them and you're going to be fine. I think it's just going to look very cozy. :))
Rhiannon Ashlee Vlogs congratulations on your new home 😁 I think 2-3 (or4!?) shelves on top of each other on the wall beside the fireplace would look great, and would make the room seem ‘higher’. You could dress it with books, plants & ornaments. And a floor lamp under the shelves would add a cosy vibe (Homebase have some lovely reasonably priced ones). And then on the wall behind the door/above the armchair a nice big mirror or print. If you like the look of it, you might want to pop matching shelves on the wall on the other side fireplace too as it’ll add a nice symmetry to the room. Just some ideas- looking forward to seeing what you do 🤗

I think like natural wood shelves in the alcove of your living room would look lovely! Then you could do either a gallery wall or some nice large lamp behind the chair to finish off that corner!

Hi Rhiannon, from what I’ve seen of the front room I think two build in bookshelves one on either side of the fireplace would look great. On the side that has the tv you could even have the shelf big enough for have the tv on it. You could even do cupboards on the lower parts which would be great for storage. 😁

Not just you Rhiannon, it’s like after having kids my body can’t handle it if I don’t have at least 9-10 hours sleep, i feel more tired than usual, and find that when I get a cold they now last about 2 weeks rather than a few days 😩

Have a look on Etsy for reusable crochet face wipes. They are so fab for lightly exfoliating your skin, they wash easy and wear really well!

The jeans I tried on today had their security tag at the bottom near the ankle. Let’s just say I’m surprised I didn’t break my foot because I was jumping to get the skinny jeans up. Out of habit and let me tell you. It was very painful the first time I landed on it.
I have a nail polish remover that has a soaked spongey thing inside it and you just stick your fingers in and it removes the nail polish. It means you don't have to use cotton pads. I think I got it from Superdrug, it was super cheap.

Hi 😊 I just feel like your living room is made for alcove shelving! It's my absolute dream to have the layout you have with the central fireplace and shelves either side that you can put all your books and nic nacks on, without having to buy any pieces of furniture. I'd probably do the shelves in the colour of your walls, so white if you're staying white. All your things will then add the colour and bring the room to life. Search alcove shelving on Pinterest and there's loads of dreamy inspo xx

Where are your lighter jeans from?
This might be a silly suggestion, but could you put up half of the shelves you were planning on having? If you're now worried it will feel too small if you start them behind the chair, could you start them higher on the wall? That way, you can see what they look like and better picture what a whole wall would look like without having to worry about it feeling too small all at once. Food for thought! lol 🤗😀

I just love that Delilah loves moldy cheese too...I was the only one in my family for many years who loved it and had to put up with my husband and daughters complaining about how I sweat out the smell. When we were stationed in Germany, we spent a month touring the southern UK visiting family and every day I got a Ploughman’s with cheese (blue cheese) which meant that we had to drive with the windows down because I was told I was stinky. Now my family all love the “stinky cheese” too. What about fitted shelves in white to the left of the fireplace? Shelves above and a cupboard below? You would have lots of room for storage and yet being white, it would not intrude into the room. Loving Vlogmas as always!!
That’s so funny!! A very subtle brow is as adventurous as I go. That’s what I thought, well, deep shelving behind the chair going into narrow shelving to meet the fire place. I feel it needs to be flush to the fireplace and therefore wouldn’t be deep enough for books. I’d have loved a cupboard and shelves otherwise 😭

Could you give relationship advice to someone with really bad anxiety? I’ve struggled the worst this year it’s affected me physically and mentally to the point where I’m on medication. I have met someone who’s amazing and I just can’t stop letting the anxiety ruin it for me !

Just a question have you had your thyroid levels checked? I felt like crap all the time and my anxiety was just flaring up for no reason and staying for days and it turns out my levels were slightly off and it effected everything dramatically, also I have seen other you tubers see a hormone specialist it’s something i’m looking into asking the doctor at my next appointment to get a referral, they check every hormone and go into great detail what could be wrong 😊
Also I don’t know if you knew this but with me breastfeeding i’ve done some research on stopping breastfeeding when the time is right and slowly weaning off, I found a lot of women’s body’s can’t cope with the hormones and they go through a “flu” for a few days/weeks could be worth looking into 😊

I was in the same boat looking for it. I actually found one on depop a few months ago, I was very lucky as a blogger was selling a brand new one they’d received and didn’t want. Try keeping an eye in there in case someone sells an old one.

You might really enjoy Rectify which is a Sundance series on Netflix. I recommend it to everyone. Cinematically speaking it is absolutely stunning and the story itself is beautiful yet simultaneously heartbreaking. Plus, the main character’s (Daniel) sister, Amantha, is hilarious and fierce. It only has 4 seasons sadly... but it wraps up nicely and doesn’t leave you feeling abandoned. It is a bit of a darker show... but there are lighthearted moments that balance it out. I think you’ll definitely be able to make it past the first 10 minutes 😉

What's Delilah's schedule like these days? She seems to nap quite late... My twins are 3 weeks younger and I'm struggling to get them to nap!
She goes down anytime between 1 and 3 - ideally at 1/1.30 then we go in to get her a couple hours later or by 4 x

Around 7/8 and wakes up when we go to get her. Although saying that’s she’s awake when we go in 9 out of ten times x
I wish my girls still did this! They don't normally wake up til 830 now but I can only get them to nap in the car! But apparently they nap fine on their nursery day!

Just curious, you've said you don't want any more children in the future, so why hold onto the things like Delilah's old chair and table?
I hope they have more. It makes me sad to think Delilah won't have any siblings.
Even if they don’t have more kids maybe someone else in the family will. Like Dough’s sister or a close friend. And if they for example have the chair that still is in great condition, they could give/sell it to them.
She hasent said she doesnt want any more kids. She said she doesnt want anymore for a while.

It’s kind of ridiculous you make a fuss over one reusable plastic box, but then go and buy soup and pie packaged in plastic. The response to the cotton pads is extra overreactive given the fish pie is packaged in black plastic, which won’t even be recycled...
Like I always say, I’m not perfect, I certainly am not pretending to be. I try my best, I wasn’t THAT bothered by the box, I just thought it was odd that an eco friendly product was packaged in a plastic box. At least I try hard to reduce my footprint - if we all decided to not bother because we couldn’t do things perfectly, no one would ever achieve anything.
