TAG slabs look amazing especially with the etched writing. At first I didn't like SGC but it grew on me and it looks great with that Kaboom
I’ve tried to come around on SGC, but I just can’t do it haha. I’ll probably leave the Kaboom in that case, but the only SGC slabs I pick up now are ones that I crack and then re-submit to PSA.
Agreed on the TAG slabs. The etching really looks first class.
the rubbing slabs together gives me anxiety
Good luck w/ the HGA crack out. The plastic likes to crack across the middle of the slab directly over the card
I cracked it out and it was pretty easy, the plastic didn’t crack down the middle at all. I’ll do another PSA preview video soon to show all the cards I’m sending in next, and all the slabs I cracked will be in there.

@@BigJBasketball their grading report is unreal!! Slabs are super clear and affordable. I feel AI grading is definitely the way it should be so there is a set standard for cards, grading should have nothing to do with if your grader was in a good mood or not.
Why do we see cards slabbed without grade? Is this because owner of card found out PSA grade isn't high enough and just gets card slabbed so it appears to have some value? I am back into cards after 30 year break.
That is definitely the case sometimes, especially for higher end cards. Personally I prefer just having the grade on the card, even if it’s a low grade, but I guess some people would rather have an “Authentic” slab instead of a PSA 5 or 6.

Sounds crazy but Put the new slabs in the freezer for a few hours.
That might not be a bad idea! I don’t have any of the new ones that I want to crack, but I can try that next time.

My slab of preference is the CGC slab. It's super clear and has a nice density to it. I'm not a fan of the SGC slab either. The BGS slab is ok. The PSA slab feels a little cheap, to be honest.
