The Bambi 22 footer is about the same as our 2008 22 footer Safari ! With just a slightly different floor plan ! We converted our dinette to be the main bed permanently in the front & the sofa as a place sit , & eat , Only if the weather is bad out side . The only thing you should mention is the suspension on the Airstream single axle travel trailers is far superior to anything else out there. The others are known as a bounce house . Thanks for the comparison video , & our 08 Safari has been pretty trouble free 😉.
For me Caravel is the way to go it looks like. Caravel has more niceties including ducted AC, rear bumper, Airstream windows, Rear Awning, leather interiors.
By the MSRP there is a $13,000 increase with the Caravel. It clearly is the nicer of the two trailers. I just question the necessity of the Caravel. To me it's like going from a Chevy Tahoe to a Cadillac Escalade; essentially they are the same vehicle but the Cadillac has more bells and whistles.
I actually really liked that comparison for the Tahoe to the Escalade, since they’re both made by the same parent company but one is considered more luxurious.
for my input, but, they are beautiful and very well made to last. The Airstream people use the quality parts the first time, and we have other campers have to go out and get those first class parts to repair our RVs. And if you are a mind to, take the gallon size MOTHERS POLISH and get busy if you like the extra polished look.
Airstream is a BARGAIN when you consider they last decades and have outstanding resale value. The usual suspect RV manufacturers fall apart at an anazing rate and resale value is dismal. They are near zero value in 10 years. I have a 2021 Winnebago and just dumbfounded at how fast it is falling apart. It requires constant repair/replacement. Really sad.
A lot of people are buying these things to live in full time. For that, I'll pay the extra money for a product I know will last. Plus they hold their value very well.
@@ScottieMacF you are right!...and people are downsizing but it's still a trailer...but a $70k trailer will run you $600.00+ a month for some 15 years if you make payments...good luck with that...in my opinion, $70k in gold/silver or crypto will increase in value in months/years...we don't even know or can predict the economy, which is on shaky grounds, a couple of years from now...but if you want it, buy it by all means...we only live once...cheers!
@@sherrcon that $600 a month is likely around half what most people are paying in rent/mortgage. And the way an Airstream holds its value they are a good investment. Keep it for even five years and you'll likely at least break even on it between what is still owed and what it's sold for.

Nicely done to point out some of the big differences. It’s hard to get the feeling of the differences from the airstream site and trying to compare.

"Rock that Airstream with some beats" ....didn't see that comin' 🤩
Is there a full bathroom on the Caravelle?
Yes, I believe it's similar or the same as the Bambi.
So the Bambi is the “economy” version
Double axles are my desired goal. Do not like manual jack but you can do dry docking better with it. Bambi.

Doe the heat strip run off battery or only 110?
Very surprised with the cost of either unit that the refrigerator is small without a dedicated freezer.
Why no double axels?
@3:13 that cooktop looks so upset.

I feel like the inside of the Bambi is more welcoming
Screens?
Can u do a Similar comparison between Flying Cloud, Classic, International, and Globe Trotter?
Nice dress.
Great comparison. Just way too expensive.
I would like to see the ADD-A-TRAP featured on your sinks in every unit built.
Huge flaw on this Bambi not having a rear bumper. What were the designers thinking. Panel replacements are about $5k each now.
Have you ever noticed they never talk about price? I wonder why? I think I know.

They are a bargain. You are here because you are impressed. Open that wallet and be satisfied.
If you have to ask, maybe it's because you don't know Airstream quality.
Buy cheap, buy twice….buy once, cry once!
Kind of silly to have no BUMPER
Both of them are nice just with the second one it's like a upgrade and it had a sky light
Just need to switch to composite sub-flooring on all models instead of plywood. Plywood is the death-nail for Airstreams.
Rather have dual use fridge. If no oven it needs a convection oven. Bambi
How tall are you please?
Well, gosh…… are you gonna tell us how tall you are, or do we just guess the headroom for a 6’6” guy like me??
What is the smallest airstream that comes with a queen size bed?
A Flying Cloud 23FB. It will be an RV queen.
Do you also a RV King in any of the AirStream’s?
@@TheDhmcompu No.
Let’s go back to the Fly Cloud 23FB. Is there a comparison chart of all the 23FB ?
@@TheDhmcompu on the Airstream website you can choose which units to compare. It’s pretty useful to refine what’s best for your requirements
Hoovie's older brother.. who made the smarter choice of not ever working at a CarMax.
And it's only 100.000.00 dollars.
That guy looks familiar 🤔
one of the best trailers out there...BUT way over priced...if you like it and have unlimited money, buy it...most people cannot afford...my opinion...
