From the pov of a SoD Trap/AoE melee hunter... Is the farm considered mage only because slow fall is needed to access it? Would a engineer parachute cloak on a hunter get the same access to the farm?
Yeah I'm pretty sure gankers of any class could come here and I wonder where the graveyard is... This place looks amazing for farming... absolutely broken... unless you're on a PvP server and someone comes and sends you to the Felwood or Darkshore graveyard and you have like a 15 min hike back. Which in itself is a pretty fascinating "game theory" type issue. An incredible spot, easily ruined if someone chooses to ruin it. Plus the farming location probably falls apart the moment there's more than a couple mages there farming it. So it's, on paper, and in this video, demonstrated to have incredible potential... that was 1 level bubble and a ton of loot in a minute. But to realize the potential is likely a whole different story.
Parachute cloak or noggenfogger would make it really easy. But you could also just slowly descend the mountain with a handful of LIPS. Which would also be required if you do a parachute jump. It's alliance only tho, be aware
@@Mackinstyle I am in a unique position in SoD. I'm alliance on a locked RP realm. Zero horde and at most times just a handful of players on. Every farm is always uncontested and we have zero bots as well. Is this farm's main draw isolation? Cause that's something I don't need with almost no folks on my realm. My server pop is low enough that I have the Guru Arena Chest on permanent daily farm. 5 or 6 times a day. Farm it long enough and you get recipe drops that are not on the drop table in wow head. Found 4 recipes so far. No purple drops yet after a couple months of daily farming. I'm interested if this farm's drops are comparable to other easier to get at, often highly contested, farms. Which here on my realm are all uncontested for the most part.
Thats including rare drops, some good items can drop here, expencive recipes, such as greater arcane elixir or undead water transmute (wowhead list is not full), or some rare/epic items such as krol blade, but yes if u are unlucky and count just vendor gold its something like 20 gph.
Do you have to go back to winterspring every time your hearth is up to empty bags?

@@Mackinstyle thats darkshore that is alliance location so no one gank you (unless maybe first 5 minutes till you unflag when come here)
Boophie❤
Awesome spot! but sadly i see this being a very overly populated by bots or players shortly after the video release. Thanks for the info.
it's not new or secret in any regard so I don't think it will :)
Secret? lol. this is probably the most popular out-world aoe grind spot at lvl60. also you don't need that long ass path to get there.
how is this spot "secret" everyone knows about it
Secret lol
No way you get 50 gold per hour here. Do a live stream to prove it and put your money where your mouth is.

@ thanks for sharing
had a mage friend grind it back in 2019 and it 4 sure is 50g/h. also a nice spot to boost some alts or friends at
