I waited 30 days to weigh doing carnivore and today is the day finally. Jumped on the scale i dropped 22lb and feel great! Can't wait to get to my ideal. Thanks Dr, i had found low carb in 2014 but never really GOT IT until going full strict carnivore and i feel like an entirely different person. I used to think i had an addictive personality but now i don't crave anything ever! Thanks again Dr Ken Berry, i got 2 copies of your book and I'll do my best to spread the healthy

When you don't eat carbs your ideal body weight becomes clearer. I went from 228 .at my highest weight to 155 but then started lifting crazy weights and now at 165 and holding. I am 68, 6 foot tall. The only addiction is the garbage we put in our bodies and once that stops we become healed.

Dr.Berry's Carnivore video saved my health. My GP and my Oncologist had no clue why I had high serum iron, low WBC, Low neutrophil, bad SGOT/SGPT, zero thyroid, gout, and rising HbA1c. 9weeks of carnivore corrected all that.(I will be carnivore as long as I live.) Thank you Dr. Ken Berry.

@@danielsijuade4696eat fatty beef and lamb and give it 30-90 days to start. It's a tough switch from regular or garbage food to Carnivore but possible. I started by eating meat, avocadoes, pickles, blueberries only, then I reduced it to Carnivore eating butter, eggs, bacon, sockeye salmon, fatty lamb and fatty beef. Now I only consume Fatty Beef and Fatty Lamb, water, and salt.

Well done! What amazed me was how easily and simply and quickly my diabetes was remitted when I went low carb. And the most unexpected thing that happened, which at the time I had no idea was a possibility, my hair is not as grey as it was. It took about 2 years. Even my boss has noticed. I've also now had other people tell me that it has happened to them. One lady wasn't happy about it because she like the colour her hair had been. As I said to someone the other day, my body must be working really well for my hair colour to be changing back; I figure that it would be one of the last things that the body would be concerned about fixing.

Yep. Everything “they” told us we should be eating and doing has been the complete opposite of what we truly need to thrive. It is amazing that I am alive and mostly well at age 55 with the low calorie, low fat, vegetarian, vegan, low-but still too high-carb past that I have subjected my poor body to. I have been fluctuating between keto and ketovore for the last
5-years but am now gearing up for at least 3-months of carnivore to see how I feel eating that way. Thanks SO much for educating us Dr. Berry…I appreciate your honesty and your integrity and I trust you immensely.

*FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH:* Native American tribes followed the herds of migrating Buffalo for thousands of years. They ate buffalo meat exclusively; they drank the buffalo blood and ate the brains and organ meat. The lean meat they made into jerky to preserve and eat later. These tribes were healthy and thriving for thousands of years until that way of life was destroyed by the white man.

After eating a large meal of fatty red meat until I am comfortably full, I lay down and take a nap for a couple hours. Most doctors say not to sleep on a full belly but all the big cats I've noticed gorge on all the meat they can eat and then sleep it off. I'm still losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. Dr. Berry, you look fantastic and younger by the day. You are such a terrific motivation and inspiration to us all. I take KetoChow daily minerals everyday. Now granted it does recommend 1 TBL spoon a day. For cost I like to stretch it so I take 1/2 TBL spoon everyday in my drink. At least I am getting 1/2 the minerals on the label. Even at half the minerals better than a supplement. The supplements I take are vitamin D and K2.

Good morning, Dr. Berry. I just went to my dr (nephrologist). The last thing he told me before leaving was to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and limit consumption of red meat. When I shook my head no and explained I have embraced the carnivore diet he of course didn’t understand or agree.

I just wanted to mention that like lots of folks my cholesterol went sky high on keto/carnivore regime. That whole trio thing. High HDL and LDL and low TG.
I decided to change a couple of things. I cut all the added butter and ghee. Then I cut red meat consumption in half and kept it on the lean side but added olive oil to them. Then I added fatty fish for the other half.
    And what happened?
It ended up looking like this. LDL-C dropped from 350 to 150, in the time period of about 3 months. HDL-C, which had risen from 40 to 75, it dropped to 65, still pretty good. And TG, which had dropped from 225 to 50, it dropped 5 more points to 45.
I realize that for some folks like Nick Norwitz changing to seafood does not cause any drop in cholesterol. I guess everybody is surely different.
And a point I am making here is that if there is nothing wrong with the rise in cholesterol there is also nothing wrong with normal cholesterol either.

"Redskin" is not at all disrepectful? Did you ask the responder's skin color. I can think of some descriptive adjectives for any color skin that can be offensive. Why would someone watch your show only to attack you? Ohhh... the only thing they could attack you with was an ignorant comment possibly suggesting that you 'look' unhealthy... only because everything you are saying is spot on! Truth and Facts!

Dr Berry, I started ketovore three months ago. I'm 76. With heart disease, about 4 stents in my arteries. The LDL Cholesterol went up to 274. My cardiologist recommended the Repatha shots in the stomach. He said it will reduce my cholesterol levels to zero, and will clean up my arteries. I am kind of scared to use this type of inyections. I don't even take the statins that he prescribes me. He said that if he was me, with this heart problems, he will use the Repatha. What can you comment about this. Thank you much. Blessings!❤
