I made your recipe twice. step by step with all the correct ingredients. and the result was!!!!!! both recipes sunk the cake in the middle. I think you should put the measurements in weights. Never ever l make again. many wasted products
This was a delicious cake, however, the lemon syrup at the end threatened to overwhelm cake. I wish recipe mentioned to focus syrup on the sides so that it would roll down to the bottom of the pan which, when inverted, is the top of the cake.
