Can a stock road car get through a four-hour endurance race? The Hyundai i30 N confirms that it's possible! We drove morning practice, several qualifying laps and full 4hrs of the race in one day! We were stopping only for refueling and driver changes.
The only mods on the car were better sticky tires and racing brake pads. However, it was these pads that caused our drop from holding P2 steadily to P10 overall. They just did not last long enough and the change cost us 11 long minutes!

Hodně dobrá jízda, v zatáčkách jsi byl jednoznačně rychlejší, na rovinkách to holt nešlo. Ale pochytat tolik hraničních situací a pořád si udržet tempo, klobouk dolů. Škoda, že destičky nevydržely, ale závody nejsou jenom o tom, kdo je lepší řidič a je potřeba mít i štěstí. Každopádně smekám, chce to cit, cvik a odvahu.

I was wondering the same thing. If they're all the same power/class then it could be the other guy is just using his gears better. But our guy keeps catching him every corner so it seems he's a better driver. So I dunno... 🤷‍♂

@@iamnotyourmateI drove both and I can confirm The DCT is faster than the manual. He was slower because he short shifted a few times, and the black one probably had small tune or GPF delete.

Rád bych věděl, jestli to vydržely sériové popř jake jiné kotouče ? Já odjel 3 kola (Hyundai I30N 2022 DTC) a kotouče začali hučet a vibrovat. Prosím o odpověď.
