"River In My Backyard" with the Maine Discovery Museum

Kate Dickerson and the design team of the Maine Discovery Museum in downtown Bangor joined the McGillicuddy Humanities Center on Monday, November 13 to discuss the museum’s new “River In My Backyard” exhibit-and the design process the team used to bring it to life. The Maine Discovery Museum is using the arts and humanities to shape their educational programming, and to plot its largest new exhibit since opening in 2001.
This presentation was part of the McGillicuddy Humanities Center’s “Rivers” Symposium for 2023-24.
