I bought one a couple of months ago and had not seen another one on the rode. Yesterday I drove over to Biloxi, MS to purchase my oldest son his first bike, (Grom) and seen two in the same area. A guy and a girl pulled up next to me at a stoplight and five minutes later a different guy passed me on another one.

Any tips on how to get my hands on one of these bikes? I live in the Pottsville, PA area and drove down to the Boyertown, PA Honda powersports and put my name on their list that is 30 people deep and put my name on the Honda Powersports here Pottsville. Making some more phone calls later on today in the hopes of at least getting one before next summer. Planning a trip up through the Adirondack mountains with it next summer in Upstate New York.

Hey, I’m from up in the Poconos originally!
I found mine because I called as many dealers as possible. I figured some of the more rural dealers might have them available sooner or have shorter waitlists. I found a dealer this way (I called like 20) and they had two coming and one was not reserved. I put my payment down on it and had it a month later!

I have a question, what does it mean when your armpits cry stinky-tears?

did you put the 3.0 tire on the front, if so hows it handle

Hey, I did not. I actually just wore out the 2.5” tire I put on in August 2021. It far outlasted the rear. I’ll probably put a 3.0” on the front this time though.

Here is a weird question: the Trail is on my radar, but the red color is not for me. How easy could it be repainted, as in are most of the red pieces metal so it could be sanded off and repainted, or are they mostly plastic with the color molded into the material?

Hmmm.....that's tough. I have seen people that painted them, but.....it will take quite a bit of disassembly. If you're confident in that kind of thing then it's worth it, but I personally wouldn't. The center body panels are plastic. The fenders and rack are all metal.

Don't know if it would be possible, but what about vinyl wrap? I know they can easily do it with cars and even airplanes.

That's an interesting idea. TBH, it wouldn't be my way of doing it. Also, I think vinyl wrap has certain limitations as to what kind of environmental and physical abuse it can handle 🙂
