Hi doctor im jyothish from bahrain, native place in thrissur. I am having stress medicine also migraine medicine (mood change medicine torvate chrono 500 and fruisium 5 mg since 5yrs) Recently having head ache not always just two week before had one while i was driving its just like top of my head like punching with pin or needle, is it thunder clap ? and gone after few seconds..but really want to know the reason, is it tension head ache, iam having diabetes under control, bp also good but sometimes it came bp 150/100 but almost time keeps 120/80 110/80 , waiting for your kind reply sir..having sinusitis from childhood
