I was gonna say our 2018 ford focus SEL with the high out put 160HP 2.0L GDI 4 cylinder would smoke this car off the line and the newer Sentra you filmed a 0-60 on would smoke this Corolla too. With similar engine sizes…
@@DMCarReviewsthis Corolla wouldn’t be able to keep up with our 2018 ford focus SEL with the high out put Mazda, Ford 2.0L duratec 4 cylinder with 160HP and GDI that can basically redline to 65-7000RPM our focus can run a 0-60 in 8.17 seconds. Now like I said this Corolla is slow as fuck and it’s not fast enough 11 seconds for a 1.8 is like in another world
@@navi_exltrust me man I’ve had fast cars impressed about how well they keep up with higher speeds. Off the line you have to really know how to pouch it and not confuse the cvt, not every driver can do that! Never the car always the driver per say. Oh yea a model 3 performance couldn’t loss this Corolla in traffic. It cuts so easily as well with hella stability. Plus you barely feel anything on the road (mini Lexus)

They are lethargic, I work for Enterprise and we have a couple of these 1.8 Corollas. Almost every single customer complains about how slow they are. The 2.0 is decent though!
Hello! Sentra or Corolla? What is the best purchase in your opinion? Greetings from Brazil!
Hi! Both are great choices. I think the Sentra looks cooler, but the Corolla holds it's value better.
Mine makes a rumbling sound and vibration at low speeds under light throttle. Any similar experience?
I didn't feel that
I am late but this might means that your tires are not balanced or aligned tbh.
Does it idle well? And how does it shift, generally?
Drives well!
Is this the 1.8 or the 2.0 engine?
2.0

@@navi_exlThis car will keep up with a new Altima 2.5L. A dry 0-60 time means nothing. Question is how well it will move off 50... which it does.

I'll try
@DMCarReviews thank you
Once you positioned yourself in to a dedicated turning lane there's not need to keep your turn signals on....gets annoying.
That car seems so underpowered…I could not stand it.
Not bad at all! I felt no discomfort
