Thankyou so much! For a serving of 28 gm or 2 tbsp, depending on the ingredients used, the Tahini halva with pistachios can have calories between the range of 150 to 200.

What kind of transcript is that????? Usually the full recipe and method of work is shown, so what’s happening here? I’d like to ask two things. First of all the recipe is quite easy and a fabulous result is shown, however I’ve seen Turkish ladies making this dish and cooking the. I true for quite some time. Also, can I just use tahini if I want it done quicker instead of working with the sesame seeds and oil? Many thanks I hope you can reply to me as soon as you can cause I’m waiting to try your version. Regards

    • @essentialspicesbyuzma838
      @essentialspicesbyuzma838  หลายเดือนก่อน

@@louisedimech6879 Thanks for the appreciation. Yes, it can be made with Tahini from the store. Sometimes Tahini is not available at certain places, that is the reason of telling how to make it from scratch.
In every video i show the full recipe & method with instructions in written form too. Transcript is in English & Urdu language.
You will definitely love making it again & again with the same fabulous result as shown.
      Thank you again.

At the time of making, you need to refrigerate it to develop taste & texture. Once ready, you can take it anywhere as a snack in your bag.

All instructions are not auto generated from audio to text but written personally. That’s why these can’t be converted into any other language. I wish i had the option of language but i will write down the ingredients for Turkish Halva.

      White Sesame Seeds 1-1/2 cup
White Sugar in powder form 3/4 cup
Nido whole milk powder 1 cup
      Olive oil 1/2 cup
      Cardamom pwd 1/4 tsp
      Clarified butter 2 Tbsp
Pistachios 1 to 2 Tbsp to be mixed in it & some chopped pistachios for the base

Use powder jaggery instead of sugar sesame have so much oil no need to add so much more oil for grinding . This is like Indian sweets made during winter as sesame is good and easy to digest! We call it 'Til Burfi'

      Thank you!
Every cuisine has its own taste because of some special ingredients in any recipe. Any alterations can change the texture & taste.
Olive oil is used in a very healthy way in making Tahini paste as it is at room temperature. Olive oil when used like this is best.
Eating in moderation is the key as it’s really nutritious & gives you multiple health benefits.

Then the ratio of dry & wet ingredients will be changed & the result will not be good or if you increase the amount of sugar to balance the ratio then it will become too sweet.
