    CORRECTION! This is an EX-L, not just a plain EX. The dealer did not give the owner the window sticker. My apologies!

    Just got the 2024 Crv EX-L that I ordered in June. Love it. Canyon River Blue, and ordered the Black Honda Mags that the dealer put on for me. And the stereo rocks, around 320 watts with 8 speakers. Everybody that has seen it so far loves the look and interior. It drives and handles very well.

      Don't mind me asking what was the total out the door priceM I'm interested in one as well

    • @DarkLouie76
      @DarkLouie76 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@misterfifteen1422 not at all no problem, last summer prices were high but I got a good price for my trade-in, so I think it was around 40, I paid almost 38 for the car then when you add the taxes. (With the actual add-ons add about 2.5 more grand) Now I did opt to have them put some optional stuff on the car, because I didn't get the hybrid it came with chrome rims but I wanted the black ones so that cost me $1,800 with installation, then I got door edge guards and the pieces that go on the bottom of the door in case somebody opens their door into yours. I also had A separate company wrap the front end in plastic and had a ceramic coat done to it which cost around two grand or so.
      I like it The only issues I've had are a rattle from the sunroof when it's open, Honda seems to be lacking on their support I took it to two dealerships, the one said they found a couple of pebbles up there which I think they may have just said they did, It's still did it. Took it to another dealership they could hear the problem and said they couldn't fix it, they recommended me buying an aftermarket air deflector from the dealership and having them install it. What a rip off suggestion that will not work. I also had issues with the vehicle infotainment system dropping Android auto and a dealership and Honda over the phone told me that I needed to do a factory reset, which was no fun, because then you had to reset all the presets and the radio, rearrange all the icons on the infotainment center. This happened like 8 times before January. Then I looked online and found out how to do a reboot as others were having the same problem. Since then it's only happened a couple of times and I could fix the problem quickly without having to go through a factory reset.
      I guess that's the long version of how much I paid but I thought the other info would help as well.

    Hey Zack, This Taha from Saudi Arabia.
    I must say that you did an outstanding job with the car review!
    It was packed with emotions and perfectly linked to the three siblings.
    Your work is fantastic, and I believe you nailed it when you said that the CRV is a car that you don't have to think about every day. Its reliable car.
    You can just hit the road and go ahead with complete confidence.
    I absolutely love the consistency factor you highlighted, and your analogy about the old cafe was spot on.
    You love it because it's reliable and consistent, and that's exactly what the CRV is!
    In my crazy life, consistency makes all the difference, and your work truly reflects that.
    Convey my best wishes to the three siblings.
    Keep up the excellent work, brothern. 🎉👏🏻

    My best friend comes from a Honda family and I happened to get a used red 2-door Civic when I turned 16. I went to her house to pick her up to drive around and her dad was thrilled to see that I was driving a Honda. I’ve had another Civic since then and my mom has had two CR-Vs so I guess we’re turning into a Honda family, too. My 2024 CR-V EX-L in Canyon River Blue is currently in transit to the dealership. I keep looking at pictures of it because I’m so excited. And now I’ve moved on to watching videos 😂

    I want to add to your comment about rear visibility.
    I just got a 2018 Honda Fit, at this point Im convinced all new cars will have terrible visibility. My 2000 4runner is significantly better than any modern car, sedan or suv. No wonder people keep hitting kids. You cant see out of any new car. I just look at new cars and just see how small the glass is.

    • @tonyz2551
      @tonyz2551 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree. Also no wonder cars cut other cars off more often now. They prbbly cant see whats beside them as much cuz the glass is smaller. Well at least for terrible drivers that is. Good drivers will make the effort to see out their window and protect their cars rather than being careless of others around them.

    I really wish they still equipped CRVs, Accords and Civics with N/A 2.4 and 2.0 engines. not to mention manual gearboxes. The 1.5t may have the oomph but I doubt it will last as much as an R20

    nit picks) #1 the wireless charging issue, #2 the backup lights not being LED, #3 lack of push button lay flat buttons for rear seats, #4 CVT is weak. Did they fix the squek which happens if you actually use the sunglasses holder? What does it actually look like in Apple Car Play mode? Like how it's supposed to? Can you add apps to the apple carplay such as dominos? Are DRL LED as well? Can DRL be turned off?

    Thanks for your video! CRV is definitely a nice spacious car. I bought my brand new 2015 CRV EX and enjoying its 31 mpg so far. But there was one reliable issue happened on the year 8 that was my driver's side sun visor was broken and cost me over $300 to replace it 😅 Well before that I had owned Toyota camry for 10 years but not a single reliable issue occurred. So based on my experience, I can tell Toyota is more reliable than Honda and that's why I'm thinking buy RAV4 for my next purchase 😊

    @bwofficial1776 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Honda said a few years ago that they were only going to build hybrids. This new CR-V generation would have been perfect to phase that in. It's disappointing that they went from LED rear turn signals back to incandescent. It's also disappointing that they still haven't figured out how to fit a spare tire in the hybrids, something Toyota figured out in the RAV4 hybrid years ago. The CR-V pretty much is the definition of adequate transportation. It just works.

    • @TYPICALTRYHARD_
      @TYPICALTRYHARD_ ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Incandescent is more of a aesthetic choice imo. Honda probably ran out of rnd money because you can tell where they cheaped out and they probably wanted to keep the price of the crv competitive.

    Disappointing the engines they use now. The CR-V especially. Has issues with gas getting in oil. Ironic they make them in Canada because the 1.5Liter engine is so small, it cant heat up the cabin enough during the winter. And about the oil problem, Honda says every time you drive it, drive it at least 30 minutes with those being highway/interstate miles. Unacceptable! I rarely go on the interstate, mostly to the store or nearby work. Really sad, because the CR-V has the BEST interior I've EVER sat in. Bought a Subaru Outback instead because I can depend on the engine heating up the car and not leaking gas.
