The fans serve to draw air over the engine versus static air (no circulation). You could mount a fan and connect it to a thermostatic switch that closes sending power to the fan when a specific temp is reached, and then “open” when the temp drops below a certain temp.
You need to connect the hours meter to the key switch. Not the main power switch. Only for key on run time.
Thanks 🙏🏻
Connect a cooling fan to the main breaker, that way you dont forget to turn it off + you get some additional cooling.
🤔 that sounds like a great idea!
Thanks for watching 👍🏻

Thank you 🙏🏻
Can't you put the hour meter on a swicthed power? So f.ex. when the key is in the on position, that way you don't risk leaving it on.
Good call 🙏🏻
So what if u have to replace the motor cut the hitches off ?
I guess if the motor needed replaced (and won’t fit) I would grind them off.
Thanks for watching!
@@AaronBLandscaping at 4:29 did you try counter weights if you did not use elevator counter weights
I understand these like to burn your ass during use.... A heat shield under that seat pan might be a good idea.
I heard the same thing… good idea. I will be looking into that!
Thanks for watching :)
I installed a 10 in fan on mine l. Exact same model. It's already wired for a fan. Come on when you flip the disconnect@@AaronBLandscaping
