I bought Aurita Infinity a year ago...
here's the summary of my ebike
Pros
1. Front suspension is good.
2. Bicycle design is good.
3. Braking is good.
Cons
1. Not good/satisfactory customer service..
2. Screw and bolts got rusting after 6 months. i.e. poor quality spares.
3. Battery backup is approx 25 km (company claim is 45 km)
4. Back seat is very high making difficult for child to climb.
5. Its a whole new transportation eco system which is difficult to get used to in daily life.
6. One can not park bicycle outside in market place for a long time because it can be easily stolen or damaged.
It is better to buy electric mopeds like Ola S1, Ather or Hero VIDA V1 than such electric cycle...
These cycles are not meant to be used in INDIA.
I have purchased first version only if you want I'll share all the details. They have taken money for high capacity battery and they have given low capacity with removed description on battery. After i found the problem and raised the complaint they have given mail we have sent low capacity battery. Not only that continuously repeated complaints no response at all.

I thought of buying this... Will the battery works under the Rain?? Will it be good to use in bad Road..bumpy road? Will the battery get loose or fall??
Battery will work in rain, but heavy rain should be avoided. On bad roads, you will feel jerks. During my test, the battery of an ebike never gets loose or falls.
In traffic condition use throttle only for safe riding.
Don’t buy this cycle. It cheats people. I bought one but couldn’t ride 5 days full. Battery and charger were defective. The company failed to resolve the issue. Total money gone waste. Planning to lodge complaint against Aurita for cheating with such a bad product.

See, I have been using two electric cycles for 2 years and continue, but haven't faced such motor issues or battery issues, a few mechanical problems, and ebrakes problems I faced though, but no such major issue so far. But you also keep in mind that electric things can stop working at any time, so can not be predicted.
