He may have actually been referring to the chirithy specifically, as he does mention dreaming about a whole lot of people. They are dream eaters, but their purpose is to guide keyblade wielders in Union X.
Saving Aqua from the depths of darkness...and reawakening Ventus after years of patient waiting were one of the greatest feelings ever...I missed the BBS cast and 358/2 cast so much...

It would have had a bigger impact. It also would have been better if for the BBS bosses, you played as Aqua or Ventus to defeat them. And played as Roxas to defeat Saix. It felt like Sora just did everything and all the others were pretty much just bench warmers.

Sonata, thats what i though. Disney Worlds arent interesting anymore, i just wanted to finish them all and see what was going to happen during this war. And when it finally begins everything happends too fast. I wish they would have spared us a couple of Disney Worlds so we could focus on rescuing the others characters. But Ven and Aqua were back sooner than anyone else, so im still grateful

Seeing Aqua's face upon realizing she's no longer in the realm of Darkness is amazing. Just think about it: you spent more than a decade in KH's equivalent of hell, but knowing that you're home just fills your face with renewed hope and tears.
Everyone giving Aqua a big hug after bringing her back and Ven's badass entrance into the Vanitas fight has to be two of the best scenes in this game for me.

Being able to upgrade the kingdom key definitely helped with keeping it relevant and I agree with you completely, it’s much more cinematic using the kingdom key, it just feels so right.
In the cutscene where Sora drops into the Realm of Darkness blocking Aqua’s attack, I accidentally had Hunny Pot equipped, and all the serious energy was taken away at that point
I read somewhere that Aqua was originally supposed to be a villain and join Xehanort, but that didn't sit well with test audiences, so we got this long journey for her instead.

Was I the only one who used the kingdom key the entire game, I mean being able to upgrade the key blades, kept the kingdom key from being obsolete, so I just stuck with it, as it seemed the most cinematically appropriate, ya know what I mean?
Umm well I don’t like just using the kingdom key the whole game, because it feels like a waste not using the other keyblades, however I do indeed use the kingdom key the most during the Main story (like this video and the final battle.)
The soundtrack that is playing when Sora and Aqua walk to see Ventus who is sleeping (when they are still outside of the castle) is awesome. I wonder how it is called.
This was a big scene in the game that really struck me IMO, its been many years since I've played BBS, Its the trio I like the most. When I saw Ven and Aqua reunited, i cried a bit
Damn that was one hell ofa moment for Sora in the beginning when he recognized the door and immediately shut down Donald and Goofy from going there. Shows how much he grew over the series.
The most surprising part is none of them aged in all those years. So right now with about a dozen active keyblade wielders. The worlds will be safe for a long time.

I cried once I saved aqua she was my favorite throughout the series and I kept dieing during the fight ;-: I couldn't hurt her ;-; it was a day of struggle
I missed it the first time, but the way Aqua's first thought when she sees destiny island is that it fell tui darkness is heartbreaking. Like she can't even imagine being out of the dark world.
Or a gate key since a lot of cars are push button start and some of those do need a key to get into just in case the remote doesn't work. (it's like a hybrid of a car and a gate key - I have a key that has those sort of depressions in them and has that shape, but I use it to open a gate, not a car [or to drive it].)
When I reached this point (Sora, Kairi and Riku on Destiny Islands) I genuinely thought that Sora was going to ask "Who's Riku talking to?" Hahaha! Also, seeing how the story line is just messed up beyond repair I am already calling it now: Ventus travelled through time when he was "asleep" to the Foretellers timeline. Just like Xehanort did. Just saying, this is where this is heading... He is recalling Chirithy and the Dream Eaters.
But notice that Ven isn't wearing the armor on his shoulder. He was wearing it when he was asleep and when he was awake. It seems that Ven existed during the Foretellers timeline first then was brought into the present timeline with Terra and Aqua. That's when he received his armor.

Being able to upgrade the kingdom key definitely helped with keeping it relevant and I agree with you completely, it’s much more cinematic using the kingdom key, it just feels so right.

I read somewhere that Aqua was originally supposed to be a villain and join Xehanort, but that didn't sit well with test audiences, so we got this long journey for her instead.

Umm well I don’t like just using the kingdom key the whole game, because it feels like a waste not using the other keyblades, however I do indeed use the kingdom key the most during the Main story (like this video and the final battle.)

Or a gate key since a lot of cars are push button start and some of those do need a key to get into just in case the remote doesn't work. (it's like a hybrid of a car and a gate key - I have a key that has those sort of depressions in them and has that shape, but I use it to open a gate, not a car [or to drive it].)

When I reached this point (Sora, Kairi and Riku on Destiny Islands) I genuinely thought that Sora was going to ask "Who's Riku talking to?" Hahaha!
Also, seeing how the story line is just messed up beyond repair I am already calling it now: Ventus travelled through time when he was "asleep" to the Foretellers timeline. Just like Xehanort did. Just saying, this is where this is heading... He is recalling Chirithy and the Dream Eaters.
But notice that Ven isn't wearing the armor on his shoulder. He was wearing it when he was asleep and when he was awake. It seems that Ven existed during the Foretellers timeline first then was brought into the present timeline with Terra and Aqua. That's when he received his armor.
